Extremely clean room! None of the “built up” dirt in the corners or on the ledges. Nice flat screen TV that appeared to work, I didn’t turn it on. The king was comfortable. Pillows were smaller but there were four and they were very puffy. This was a mid-week stay and it was fairly quiet. The room could have used a second night table on the other side of the bed and there were very few outlets to charge phone or laptop. Fridge was clean, I did not use the microwave. Water was hot. I would definately stay again.

The room faced a major highway and that caused a lot of truck noise that occurred all evening.

The cleanliness, structure, and surroundings of this hotel are very concerning. Cleanliness - bugs )pics upon request) old food splatters on microwave and fridge, not enough outlets in rooms for provided lamps and other amenities. Structure - the building seems very old and outdated. As I was there they had a team of contractors looking at the properly and actually referring to how unsafe the roofs condition was in Surrounding area. This hotel is tucked back in its own little corner, which is fine, except an abandoned hotel is next door and it is all overgrown with police making constant rounds through the property, which is concerning. While staying at the hotel an individual showed up asking if I was at the hotel. Not only were they told that I was, but they were even given my room number! Very very very unsafe practice in my opinion. Many times when I went to the front desk for assistance, I had to wait for an employee to come back inside from smoking before I could get any help. I do want to add that the front desk manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and apologetic regarding my stay.

Room was updated and realtivly clean. We did have to exchange some pillows as there was blood on ours, the staff apologized. The staff at check in was very nice. Hotel itself was noisy. We travel fairly often and this was by far the loudest hotel we have been to in years. At night we could hear our neighbors through the wall, not that they were being overly loud, the walls were just thin. We also heard noise from the highway and parking lot pretty clearly. Probably not much noise reduction has been done to the room. But the beds were comfortable the bathroom was updated and clean but it did not have an exhaust fan or hooks or racks to hang the towles after you used them. There is a property next to the hotel that we noticed was having a fire the night we pulled in. How cute.. except the next mornig when we went outside it smelled of burning plastic and trash. The smoke billows were lingering right into the parking lot of the hotel. Was making it hard to breathe. The breakfast was exactly as we exoected, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, coffee tea and some prepackaged baked goods. The area was a little dirty/ unkept but you can control people and how they treat things. Staff was polite with any questions we had. And it seemd they were trying to do some kind of construction to parts of the hotel that needed care or updating. Overall we had a good stay. It wasnt the best place we've stayed but it definitely wasn't the worst.

The nice caucasian lady at the desk was so so nice. She really made me feel welcome. The room was clean. I would stay there again.

No food, included breakfast cereal, ofeered bagels, and egg biscuit, the staff stated they might have and had to find. Rooms all had outside doors, outside door had 1/2 inch gap you could look through door.

The door didn’t close all the way. We asked to check in early and we were given a hard time for no reason (there were several rooms available). Then it took an hour to find an iron. Stay away.

I purchased a non-pet friendly room. I had to be changed due to the dog urine smell in the room. I was switched to another room but it faced a wall that had wall pealing off it's exterior. That room also had a dog urine smell but I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with them if I continued to bother them. Their breakfast advertised was below basic standards. The toaster & waffle maker were broken which couldn't be used. When you ask them to replace a breakfast food item they tell you they can't help you because "the lady" has to go to the store. I was there for 4 days & "the lady" never got to the store to replace your basic breakfast items. I won't be going back there to stay after this experience.

There was no showerhead in the bathroom. We were given a room on the second floor, but weren’t told that we had to take a certain staircase to get to the second floor because the three closest stair cases in our building we’re not safe and we’re boarded up. So we had to drive back to the front desk And ask how we’re supposed to get to our room

Disappointed.
Helped me check-in early and was happy when I saw the room. However, the floor in the bahroom was impossible to walk on without walking on towels --- very slippery. The breakfast was practically non-existent -- no drinks but coffee or tea -- no eggs or meat or fruit and no one evident to take care of breakfast -- tables not cleaned. There was a mousetrap outside of the rooms. Hotel was designed well but it is not providing customer service.

The staff was AMAZING. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. One black mark is the exterior of the building. Cracks in the paint/stucco did not give a great impression of the outside. Needs a little TLC.

The stay was great until I woke up bitten by bed bugs! We stayed in rm 141, beware!!! We've stayed here once before, therefore I was really surprised by this. I just pray we didn't bring any home with us! Tip: Be prepared for bed bugs.

The hotel itself was fine but one of the reasons I booked this hotel is because the website says that it has an electric car charging station. It does not! What it has is a standard 110-120 volt outlet on a wall. Do not be fooled by the website.
