If needing an actual nights sleep don’t go. Not the hotels fault but location is terrible next to Highway and noisy

The room was a furnace, the bed was a temporary fold out on a temporary frame. The bath/shower would only switch half way between bath or shower so pressure was so low I could hardly tell I was getting wet. Dogs in othe rooms could be heard barking throughout the day and night. Noise levels outside the room wike me up repeatedly throughout both nights.

Check in was a breeze and Jossy (I think that’s how you spell her name) was so kind and helpful. The hallway had a bad smell, but it was tolerable in the room, although it still could have smelled better. The kitchenette in the room was dingy, but since I was just staying the one night and had no plans of cooking, I didn’t bother complaining about it. In the morning it was difficult to sleep in because of housekeeping staff communicating back and forth loudly in the hallway. Roughly 20 minutes before the checkout time of 11:00 am someone banged on my door to make sure I was leaving on time. I felt that was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that I know because of that.

I checked in to a room and the air didn’t work, so I was promptly moved to another room (good), but the new room was so filthy, I literally cleaned the room before I could do anything. I had to wipe what looks like weeks of thisck dust off all surfaces, had to clean off first remotes and phone that was thick with crud, it’s an extended stay with a kitchen, but not one dish or utensil was provided, the place doesn’t even have an ice machine. My room STUNK! The shower barely drizzled water and I was told they were waiting for a part to fix it. After a couple days, I asked again and was told the same thing. I suggested I go to the hardware store myself and get the part because they were too short staffed to go. At that time I was told that they just needed CLR and a wire brush to clean it. I confirmed that I was waiting days for a good shower just because they didn’t have CLR. I suggested that the manager pick some up on her way into work. That wasn’t going to work either, so I then said I would go get the supplies and was reimbursed. The toilet flusher handle was broken, but was replaced the next day. However, had an issue with the toilet overflowing and water running out and spilled on not the floor outside of the bathroom. Staff did come right away at that time and vac’d up the water. I would definitely suggest paying a few dollars more and staying any another site.

It was just far enough out of town and quiet but close to everything. I was able to bring my furbaby and it was also close to paths and a dog park. Love the full size fridge.

Very basic
Minimal housekeeping for long term stays. Stayed 6 months and always had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. Most front desk staff had difficulties with every extending reservation. They always seemed confused. Most of the staff was nice. Price was good for minimal services and a very basic room but noticed the price has gone up 60% since last reservation. Much nicer hotels with daily services close by so would no longer be worth staying here.

Nothing exactly unique about the property. Not exactly happy with not being asked about being a choice privilege member. When I asked they said they were an extended stay hotel and probably wouldnt honor the program. Mainstay Suites is an extended stay hotel and do honor the program.

No free money, not nice
Having troubles with staff, he said, she said, we out two night fee's. Wish there were cheaper and clean alternatives, poor hubby stuck here. I'm afraid of the racism blossoming in full bloom. Prayers for all the hard workers going through same situation. Oil workers do not mean free money

Was more of an extended stay place. Very busy. Key cards didn't work a couple of times. Staff was friendly but very busy.

This review is for Expedia rather than the hotel. We made the reservation and arrived at the hotel to find they were completely full. They told me they had rooms out of service but Expedia had no way for them to show them out of service. Because of this people kept reserving rooms, in fact when we called Expedia to get a refund an the representative btried to reserve a room for us at the same hotel, ridiculous.

I arrived and the hotel and there was no reservation. I ended up having to repurchase a room at the normal rate. I would not use Hotels.com again.

Difficult check-in
We had just gotten off a 12 hour motorcycle ride and had difficulty finding a room at one of the more central Williston locations. We were happy to find a room and good rate at the WoodSpring Suites via Expedia. Rate was good, probably because it was right in the middle of a construction zone. Even without the construction the location is quite isolated. That's o, cuz all we needed was a place to sleep for one night, but the check-in was troublesome. The lady at the front desk seemed flustered even though we were the only ones checking in. Then she asked about the last four numbers on our credit card--they weren't the same as on her booking (the one expedia sent her). She wouldn't let us check-in. We had to call expedia. A very helpful expedia person, Rick I believe, said that the last four numbers would not match because since we paid up-front through expedia, they send a "virtual card" with the booking. He had to call her and explain this to her before she would let us in. Anyway, except for that the stay was mediocre (we were tired and so I'm probably making a big deal about this, but I did have to use my cell phone which being from out of country did cause some extra expense--she didn't offer to call expedia herself). There is nothing around here--you have to take a car to get something to eat.
