Sorry we did not make your stay an enjoyable one.

First lets explain that all the sites that Wyndham are affiliated with does have a POLICY area that all guests need to read/ or call the hotel that states that 100.00 security deposit required at check in. We are sorry that we could not help you, since I do not know what time you were trying to check in, or what person was trying to check you in, but they could have asked for a lesser amount for the deposit, I am sorry that we did not go a step further to try and accommodate you.

Dear Anonymous: We are so sorry, however we just had the rooms sprayed and even though they have been sprayed there will be activity until the chemicals on the pest take it back to hiding areas or dies. Thank you we will keep spraying the rooms and have a great day.

Dear Charlene: We are sorry about any issues during your check in process, I am not going to deny any issues as we do have spiders that make webs we try to get rid of them, however it is an ourside property all rooms, and spiders and other insects can get in through vents, ac units opening and closing the entrance doors, as for the roaches we do have our rooms sprayed by ECOLAB every month,and even though the rooms are sprayed there will be some activity of bugs in the room until they take the chemicals back to where ever and is distriputed through the room. Again we are sorry about the issues and we hope you have a safe and happy new year
