We found the rooms rather dirty and run down. The rooms and some of the grounds are in need of refurbishment especially the family room we stayed in. The cleaning of rooms also needs improving.
Lack of plugs in the room is inconvenient and the rooms are very dark with dark blinds, furniture and decor.
Staff in the bar were especially conscientious, polite and attentive and the food was fairly good although the menu was a little repetitive.
We had a particularly stressful event in the bar/restaurant with police attendance. The staff and Manager handled this well and moved all guests to safety until it was resolved.
We enjoyed the pool area with our child although again it is need of some attention.
Overall the staff and the bar/restaurant area made our stay but I am unsure if we would book again unless there had been refurbishments.
