In our first room, the tv’s only accessible HDMI port was damaged. The other port was facing out the back of the tv, and inaccessible because the tv is solid mounted to the wall. The TV’s are old, and do not have streaming apps on them. We were told they’d recently had a bunch of new TV’s installed, but this obviously wasn’t one. It still used RCA connectors. We’d brought a firestick, but couldn’t use it in this room.
Even though the housekeeping checklist includes ensuring all electronics work, they definitely don’t check anything. We also had two electrical outlets that didn’t work.
We were switched to another room, so had to pack our things to relocate. This room had a working HDMI port.
But the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress. So the sheet came off and was useless. Our experience in dealing with the tv issue left me doubting their ability or interest to remedy the sheet issue. So we just dealt with it.
I won’t stay here again. It’s a dated hotel that needs some upgrades.
