Husband has mobility issues and we had a long walk to get to our room. As well a lot of traffic noise kept us awake most of the night.

The door looked like it was kicked in before also the bathroom door too. I almost just said screw it and got another hotel room. Stunk too

Check in staff had no personality . Not happy people . To many smokers . The place is but ugly to dark needs updated bad. Needs better maintenance. The manager we is at fault not doing his or her job . Greet guests with a smile and a welcome to viscount court . After giving the key , ask is there anything else I can help you with how hope enjoy your stay. Aldo no handouts , brochures about the area , attractions , restaurants clod by , nothing , zero . I’ve been all over the world , The viscount court is one of three of the worst I’ve stayed at . Does not give you a welcoming feeling , didn’t even mention the bar .

It was winter, so I wasn’t expecting to see much. Just there for a few days for my Aunt and Uncle 50th wedding vow renewal in the Ballroom. Hotel itself was ok. Bed comfortable. Complaint, I wasn’t able to shower, the day of the event. Water was not available due to water main break. But they did put out water stations for drinking water.

The building is old, could use an upgrade in the decor, beds are old and could use an upgrade soon. The rooms are poorly and sparsely decorated. The cost of the room is high compared to value of the space. Positive: staff we accommodating and helpful, the Sunday Brunch in the restaurant was very good

Construction started early in the morning and no maintenance personal to fix the toilet we were giving a plunger to do it ourselves

We had rooms in the older part of the hotel it was very out dated rooms were clean but nothing special at all, we tried to call down to order phone and no one would answer , only the lounge was open had my daughter with me and she could not go in so I can not leave my child in to order. It’s very frustrating. Over it was not the worst hotel just not the best we have stayed at.

Front Desk Staff not available for early morning check out causing us to be late for airport arrival, rude and confused how to cancel hold on credit card. Left some items and been 6 hrs n still no update if they were found in the room

You called for an item which was lost. The staff informed you nothing was found. We have someone working 24 hours at the front desk so we are unsure what you meant when you couldn't check out early. The agent told you it would be approximately 3-5 business days for the hold to be released from your credit card. She was not rude or confused. Thank you for your review Janet!

Terrible called us last minute to tell us we can't pay with with a different card that the one we reserved the hotel with. Drove 9 hours and was almost with out a place to stay with my children albevause the fine print. You guys need to step you game up AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Sorry we cannot hold rooms with a declined credit card. If you didn’t show up we would not be able to charged for the loss revenue on the room. Thank you for your comments though we really appreciate your feedback

Thank you for the comments. Unfortunately this is the season where lots of sand particles are outside and tracked into the Hotel.Our cleaners wash all floors in the Hotel daily.

Access in and out of hotel parking is difficult. Parking spaces are very tight. Location is very good and seems very safe.
