Requires using your credit card twice.
I used my card to book this place and then had to use it again when I arrived. Why was once not enough? I hope I haven’t been charged twice. I will raise holy hell if it is.

There were no cooking tools nor utensils. The carpet was darty and kind of sticky. The bathroom door didn't close. The front desk was nice.

Had to call front desk to open lobby door to check in as doors were locked. Upon checking front desk stated online reservation wasn’t paid for and i was required to pay again. However, explained if credit card reflects a double charge simply explain situation. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a receipt via email as promised but i was able to go to lobby to retrieve a paper copy effortlessly. Room smelt like smoke but wasn’t too aggressive and used my own cleaning kit that i bring for hotel stays now due to previous experiences.

I can’t believe there is a kitchenette and No coffe maker. Full size bed and room is very very small. But it’s clean.

FILTHY, NOISY, Not at all as advertised!
I have never stayed in any place that was SO FILTHY! I was afraid to remove my shoes because my feet kept sticking to the floor. I wiped the counter with a towel and it came back blackened. No coffee, tea or amenities provided. No ice! Extra charge for cleaning. No breakfast (as indicated in description). The had a kitchen, no coffee machine or utensils. The first room provided stunk so badly, I asked for a different room. There were people making a tremendous amount of noise every night. Even with earplugs, I had a hard time sleeping. No parking available on site. There were construction vehicles littering the parking lot. I looks like many people were permanent residence. I didn’t feel safe. The fire alarm was triggered for over an hour one day. This was, by far, the worse place I have EVER stayed!

Major cleaning needed.
Hotel room was very filthy. Booked another room locally and left after requesting refund. The staff was kind and understanding, but major emphasis on cleaning needs to take place here.

Horrible room, super dirty floor and rusty leaking refrigerator with mildew inside. I walked into the room that smelled like an old ashtray to find my bed having no pillowcases (as seen in photo). Arrived about 12:30am and felt really unsafe about where the desk clerk told me to park as there was a group of obviously intoxicated people having a parking lot party......which ended up lasting until 2:30am. Should have paid $20 more and stayed at one of the different hotels down the road......or just slept in my car. Never staying at an extended stay again.

Mgr is best
Mgr Kelly was very accommodating, professional and a pleasure to work with. AC was very user friendly and did what its job. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and work well. Carpet in room 133 needs to be steam cleaned; bottom of our white socks were disgusting. No odors in room were detected. Shelf in closet is missing a bracket. We would stay here again.
