Nick was wonderful at check in. There were plenty of a variety of places to eat. Bar/Lounge at the entrance. Many amenities in room as well as Hotel itself. Hidden Gem!

There was no table, chairs or sofa in room. Evidently they were remodeling. Our room was big enough for both but all that was available was a very uncomfortable desk chair. Asked to relocate to another room but was told all the other rooms were the same.

Poor Internet
If you need internet, this isn't the place to stay. Took forever to even get a connection and was the slowest I've ever experienced at any hotel. Laptop, phone, all were bad.
Cell service wasn't great either.

We booked this property because of the indoor pool and wasVERY disappointed that it was closed. When the front desk was asked they said it was not mentioned on Hotels.com but only on their website

We hope you understand that this is out of our control. For future reference the the best place to get the most updated information about the hotel is to visit the brands site. Thank you.
Hotel had multiple rooms undergoing renovations so there was construction noise and a large area blocked off at the front desk. Staff were attentive but the hotel did not seem inviting with the construction noise and plastic wrap in the foyer.

The hotel was convenient to local restaurants, shopping, etc.. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would consider stay there again.

I didn’t like that online it states there’s a hot tub and it’s doesn’t and there’s picture still there . That’s false information and I felt my room could have been a little cleaner .

Our Hilton site displays accurate information that a hot tub is not listed as one of our amenities (nor do we have images of a hot tub on our official Hilton site). Their are third party sites that may not have the most accurate information, which is out of our control. Again we do apologize, and hope to see you again soon!

Thought that not cleaning the room except if requested the night before. We requested was not cleaned until 6:00 at night even though we left the room in the morning.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is close to everything in the area. The breakfast buffet was okay but the dining area and staff were very nice. The indoor pool was cold and the room was dirty when we checked in (I.e., desk and end tables had spilled drinks on them).
My Wife and I stayed here due to having to leave another hotel chain nearby because of bugs. We were treated like we mattered as guest at Hilton Garden. Check in was quick, the restaurant was awesome. The bar and staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Winston Salem. Hilton Garden you rock!!
