Old style hotel with wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Great made to order breakfast. Convenient location and unique hotel within a short walkiing distance to many good restaurants and local entertainment.

I can't think of anything I did not like. One of if not the best B&B I have ever stayed at. I loved it and the stuff was Great also Lilly was very helpful.

I have traveled alot in 63 years. This was my best stay ever. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was by far the best I have recieved at a hotel or bed n breakfast. The antique look of the hotal was great. Highly recomend!

Kann man für 1-2 Tage machen, muss man aber nicht. Wir hatten uns mehr versprochen und waren enttäuscht. Im Zimmer gebt es genau 3 Steckdosen - an die man aber nur kommt, wenn man die Möbel und das Bett verschiebt!!! Die Fenster sind verschraubt und könen nicht geöffnet werden, so dass es zur schlecht regulierbaren Klimaanlage keine Alternative gibt. Weder im Zimmer noch in der Lobby gibt es einen Safe. Bei Fragen und Problemen muss man die Mitarbeiter, die eine Etage höher wohnen auffordern persönlich zum Zimmer zu kommen - man wollte uns mit einem Telefonat abspeisen. Das hoch gelobte Frühstück ist vergleichbar mit jedem anderen Low Budget Hotel, nur das es kein Bufet gibt, sondern man A la Cart bestellt.

Thank you for your candor. The nature of the hotel is historic so we have kept the historic antiques and have preserved and restored pieces to keep the hotel feeling quaint and original to the 1920's. It certainly is not for everyone's taste. Otherwise we hope you enjoyed everything.

Beautiful historic hotel. A lot of charm here. The staff worker was fine - friendly, but not overly. Not a lot of warmth. I suspect this because I booked through Expedia as this was mentioned 3 different times. A fan was provided when needed - the room was a bit warm. AC wasn't dropping the temp that much. The breakfast food was amazing - one of the best Belgium waffles ever. Only stayed one night, but that was enough. Overall, it was enjoyable.

A beautiful B&B in the hear of Winter Garden. What a gem!! Awesome service, beautiful rooms, super-comfortable beds, amazingly delicious breakfast and convenient to all tourist destinations - who could ask for more?!? The decor was very unique and the bed was sooo comfortable! We even brought our friends who live local to check out the hotel and our room so that they would feel comfortable recommending it to others that may be visiting.

The location is right in winter garden. It’s a lovely area. The hotel was very nice. The staff was lovely. The hotel has a fascinating history beautifully renovated!

Incredible hotel
If you have never been to Winter Garden, Florida, you really need to go and see it. I highly recommend when you visit, that you stay at this hotel. It’s in beautiful downtown, downtown with a lot of great restaurants, a theater with live plays, train, museum, heritage museum, And a splash pond for the kids. Saturday mornings have an amazing farmers market. That’s probably the best one I’ve ever seen. When you eat breakfast, if you’re lucky enough, you can get a table that looks over the downtown. This hotel also has a second-floor sitting area that’s open air but with the roof and everything. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The Staff are incredibly courteous. This was the best hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast was great the bed was comfortable. The location is great I loved it!

Everything was spotless clean and in great condition. Definetely a place to stay to experience the way it was but in a more comfortable environment and not a sacrifice.

Lovely Winter Garden!
Visiting family in Winter Garden for the first time and lucked into this gem of a hotel. Beautiful King corner suite with plenty of room and the BEST mattress I’ve ever experienced. Fantastic full breakfast (my husband said the bacon was excellent!!) with friendly, professional service on an intimate scale. Lila was wonderful and made us feel welcomed. Perfect location to visit all of the businesses and get some needed exercise. Could not be more pleased or recommend more highly.

It was like living in a Museum - Sink at the foot of the Bed, small sized Bathroom, Antique everything - Staff was the best - If you needed anything they took care of it right then - Unlimited snacks and Drinks - They had a basket you placed outside the room if you needed towels or soaps (you got it in less, then an hour) - You could not have a better location walking distance to everything and they had events everyday - The best is, if you asked for something that staff member takes care of it after they finish what they are doing or has it done right then no referring it off to someone else.

Very quaint B&B in the heart of Winter Garden. Like stepping back in time to the 1920s. The hotel definitely has a Bed & Breakfast vibe and can be a little noisy with guest movement in the halls after hours, but location and staff are superb. We will be back!

The hotel has character and an interesting history which is reflected in the decor. The staff are friendly, efficient and go above and beyond. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant, The Chef's Table, is outstanding.
