Horrible experience. Not worth saving a few dollars by staying here. we checked in, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. She went straight to asking for information & giving us our room keys. went to the elevator, & noticed the carpet seem very dirty/dusty, & the paint was chipped on the walls throughout the walk to our room. we got to our room, we notice it smelled like paint, saw dust Everywhere, door was missing the safety latch to secure it. dust on the fridge, in the closet, on the lampshade, light fixtures, on top of microwave, & we found a nail on the carpet by the bed (thank God, no one stepped on it). No alarm clock, no USB ports for charging, & room service will only come to clean the room If you call them (they do not do it regularly). I called to ask for a couple extra pillows & the response was “ I have to see if we have any first”. Eventually they gave me pillows, not in pillowcases & handed me some pillowcases. The breakfast was horrible. It’s the same breakfast every morning the potatoes taste like cardboard, the coffee taste super watery, it was just really bad. The lobby carpet is disgusting & visibly dirty. There is dust everywhere in that hotel & I’m talking about thick layers of dust. The Wi-Fi is very spotty as well. It kept cutting in & out during our stay. When room service did come to our room to clean while we were out for the afternoon, when we returned, we found the door open. It was very upsetting.
