Dear Terry, We were happy to hear that you enjoyed our great downtown Dells location. Our rooms are older but we can them in good shape. We are a budget motel. We were sorry to hear that you had some issues with using the TV. Whenever you have a concern, you need to bring this to our attention so that we can help you. I am not sure why you state the air-conditioner is loud. We just replaced this air-conditioner in Room 30. It is brand new and runs very quiet. You were told at check-in that there is a 4% charge on the total transaction amount when paying with a credit card. This is also clearly stated on the Travelocity website. I also informed you that there is a No Fee ATM machine at the Kwik Trip located one block from the motel. We wish you good luck in your future travels.

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay with us. It saddens us to hear that we were not able to meet your expectations. Our staff strives to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay and we are always available to help in any way we can. If there was a problem with your door lock, you needed to let the front desk staff know so that we could send a maintenance man to fix it. We can't fix a problem that we do not know about. At check-in you were told that we did not provide daily housekeeping due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is standard policy for hotels. You were told that you could exchange your wet towels for dry ones at the front desk. Your 3 year old toddler broke that blinds in the room and we did not charge you to replace them. You received free passes to Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park with your stay. We are always updating our rooms and making sure our guests have a comfortable stay. We have new mattresses, boxsprings, bedspreads, etc. We are a budget motel that offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, family hospitality, great downtown location and reasonable rates.
