보스턴 인근 숙소로서 가성비 높은 호텔로 추천합니다. @ 장점 - 보스턴 인근(20km 이내)에서 저렴한 가격임. - 객실 상태가 매우 양호함. - 샴푸, 컨디셔너 등이 Citrus 제품이었음. - 조식도 괜찮은 편이었음. - 고속도로 인근이라 렌트카 이용시 교통이 좋았음. - 프런트 직원이 대체적으로 친절하였음. @ 단점 - 무료 생수 서비스가 없음. - 개인 금고가 없음. - 칫솔, 면도기, 빗 등이 구비되어 있지 않음.

가격대비 깔끔하고 넓고 편안해요~
가족과 편안하고 조용하게 머물기 좋습니다 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 익스프레스 버스 정거장이 가까워서 교통이 의외로 편리합니다. 보스턴 시내 호텔 비용이 너무 비싸게 느껴져서 좀 떨어진 곳으로 했는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다 .간단한 아침도 맘에 들었고요 가까운 곳에 구글맵 이용하시면 걸어서 갈 수 있는 편의점과 식당도 있어요. 다만 호텔 내부의 방음시설은 좀 떨어집니다. 그리고 전자기기 충전도 모두 유에스비케이블용이라 따로 콘센트 없이 선만 있으면 가능해서 편리합니다.

Our family stayed here for five days and had a lovely time. Its around 20-30 minutes from Boston and 20-30 from Salem. Every morning we got up for breakfast and loved the experience! Its a menu system so different days have different food. The first day we went down at 8am and it was a lot more packed. The rest of the trip we went down at 7:30am and it was really nice! Theyre constantly filling the hot trays. They have a small convenient area with great pricing, as well as desktops in the lobby for personal use. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but a great size either way. The mini fridge is incredibly nice. Has a small freezer and good storage. We were all very pleasantly surprised by that. The pool is nicely heated. We only had time to swim for a little bit but it was very enjoyable. The shower heads dont adjust much, as thats how theyre made, so they shoot out. Make sure to quickpy turn the water to warm before being soaked! Theres lots of public area to hang out and someone always at the desk to greet you. You may not see them but they are there! Staff was lovely and helpful! If I was in the area and needed somewhere to stay I would certainly choose here! Very affordable for all the accommodations you get.

Service was very good. Breakfast was cold both days, not warm, cold (scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausages (pork & turkey). It seems to be a very transient hotel. Lots of at least throughout the evening doors people coming and going loud TVs seems to be maybe some people living there versus staying there as hotel guests.

Ok place for a night. There was a light blinking from our heater all night that was like a strobe light. Staff was nice. Place was clean.

I left my wire there for my phone that connects to the tv and there saying it’s not there but I called a hour after me checking out and there saying it’s not in the room so maybe. Someone that was cleaning the room took it cause they said they asked the housekeeping and it’s not there

We're sorry to hear that you are missing a cord. Several team members have checked the room since your departure and found no such cord. As such, lost, or misplaced, items are not the hotel's responsibility. However, we will continue to keep an eye out for the cord.

Customer Service Blunder/ Unauthorized Room Entry
During my stay at this hotel a member of their team entered my room while I was away at a funeral. I had placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door expecting that my room would not be entered. A member of the maintenance team came into my room regardless and exchanged my air conditioning unit. The property did not notify me. They did not attempt to contact me via phone, email or any other method. Furthermore upon discovery of this, the property took a very cavalier attitude toward my experience and what felt like a violation as a female traveling alone. It took 3 days to get on the phone with a decision maker at the property and when I asked for a refund for my stay, the best the manager would do is refund me one night. This was a nightmare situation, but it's how you handle a mistake after it has been made, and I would have expected a full refund, but they refused to do that. It was highly disappointing and I therefore cannot recommend this as a good place to stay in this area.

Thank you for your detailed response. Do Not Disturb signs are observed by all members of our staff. However, maintenance is permitted to bypass these signs when there is a priority situation that affects one, if not several rooms. In these circumstances notice to the guest may not be an option, which was the case in this matter.

Arrived late check-in. Everything seem to be okay and absolutely what one would expect. Half hour into settling in. A person came knocking on our door, which was not a staff member. My husband spoke with this person. The man went away. Then at 11pm I got woken up by more knocking. This went on for a few and they left. By midnight more knocking this time by an authority knock and who they were. The officer also demanded our names and search our room. Needless to say with being in Boston for medical treatment that following morning at 6 am and I needed to get up by the latest 5 am. I was exhausted. Traveling 3 hours in difficult weather I was trying to get a full night's sleep prior to my procedure that morning by preplanning a week ahead. I cue not recommend this place.

Estadia surpreendente, fomos passar uma noite e o quarto era super confortável, bem espaçoso e com uma cama super macia! Muito silencioso e fomos bem atendidos também por todos os funcionários. Além disso o café da manhã tinha ótimas opções, iogurte, waffle, bagel, muffins, cereais, salsicha, ovos, café, cappuccino, leite, frutas e muito mais. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Rooms are not clean. Bed sheets are not changed. Lots of hair in bed and floor. No microwave inside the room. No good channel on tv.
