I understand from the receptionist who checked you out that you sadly didn't mention any issues that you had through out your stay. If you had, we could of done something about them. Good Afternoon Gaurav, thank you for your review. As we explained via email, you made your booking via Expedia on a discounted advance purchase rate, this is only refundable with 48 hours notice. As you booked less than 24h before arrival, the option to cancel had passed therefore a refund was not available to you. Likewise, we were unable to accommodate your request for an interconnecting room at such short notice, and placed your rooms as closely together as was available given that your booking was made so close to your arrival. Our breakfast was open until 10am every day, with guests still dining at 10:30am on at least one of the days that you claim that it closed at 9am. Our Igloos are only available at Christmas, and are not advertised as for sale. Our Hot Tub and Sauna are closed on a Monday, again as advertised.
