Property was very clean.. and in a safe area. Good place to stop and rest for a long road trip. Some parts of the hotel were in need of repair but they seemed to be fixing up and making necessary repairs.

This hotel was very conveniently located for our stop on our trip north. There was only one staff person and she was very busy working the front desk, unable to help people with other needs. She was unable to provide change for a $20 so we could tip. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. Overall very acceptable for the quick stop we needed.

Unfortunately I would have given this s better rating BUT they booked us into a room with an adjoining door!!! And then the fun began around midnight when the people next-door decided to make a very loud call on speaker phone with friends in I think “Mexico” not sure. Lots of laughing and yelling back and forth. We called the front desk - no security guard but she would call them. It did get a little quieter after that but we could still hear them talking. Really how much soundproofing is in those flimsy doors. I never did get back to sleep as I kept thinking they could get into our room through that door. Those rooms should only be rented to family who want to share their rooms.

The hotel stay was good. But checking in was not as the did not have any reservations from Expedia that we had prepaid for. WAS NOT HAPPY. NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE $25 CREDIT THT WAS PROMISED BY YOY.

My wife daughter and myself were traveling back to nj from tn and needed to stop for the night, the hotel was having work done but it was clean Comfortable and quiet. Perfect for us.

Convenient "on/off" the Interstate. Staff is pleasant. Check in is quick. We changed rooms due to apparent smoker previously, no problems. The staff was accommodating. We stay at this location several times a year due to our frequent visits to Charleston, SC. I (we) like the upgrade to the property.

Nice stay
Nice hotel, seems to be in process of upgrading. Some room doors seemed to be older than others. The chair in our room needed to be replaced, arms peeling off, but we didn’t mind.

breakfast food was mediocre, full of sugar and artificial. Not even scrambled eggs. Nothing for a reasonably health conscious person to eat, so we could not eat breakfast there. Just coffe.

Just Okay
It was okay. There was no parking spots left at the hotel so we had to park at a building next door. The fridge in the room was loud running. The bed was lopsided. Breakfast options were limited and in a very tiny space; hardly any room to move.

The property is under renovation but no problem. It is clean and everything is functioning well. It’s going to be beautiful when it’s done. Staff is extremely friendly

I never leave reviews for hotels because most average hotels are just not very good. I really liked this hotel. Comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Nice bath and toiletries. It was quiet and felt safe.

Staff were friendly. Light Continental Breakfast. Room was clean. Area felt safe. Cracker Barrel, buffet restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and gas station close by. Starbucks 10 minutes away. Fresh fruit and fruit infused water available at entrance at all times. 😊

There were signs saying the hotel was being renovated...I hope so, but I was certainly in an unrenovated room! Our room had clean beds, but the chairs were old and stained, the TV stand was busted up in places, the microwave door was cracked, there were big scuffs on the walls. Everything just seemed old and beat up.
