The property was fine. The problem was with my Expedia reservation. I made the reservation via Expedia about a month in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of me or my reservation. The manager had to call Expedia. Only then did the reservation "pop up" on the manager's computer. I wasted about 35 minutes of time waiting. If the hotel had been full, I would have had to find another place to stay. I consider this to be a BIG problem. Thank you.
