Highly recommended
It is a little old, but clean and well-managed, and highly recommended compared to its price. I will definitely come back if it comes to group travels, who are not looking for luxury stuff. All of us are well satisfied with the condition of room and other facilities such as convenience store as well as utensils at the kitchen.

Too old. Lack of parking area. Impossible to access front lobby from parking area by wheelchairs. Noisy sound at night from beer bar just infront of the building.

가끔 가는곳이지만 그냥 무난합니다. 산속이라 조용하고 숙소가 좀 오래됐지만 그냥 가족과 여행하기에는 괜찮습니다

자연이 느껴지던 공간!
처음 가 본 한화리조트 양평! 신축건물이 아니라 세련되지는 않았으나 청결하게 잘 관리되어있는 점이 좋았어요. 자연으로 가까이 다가 간 기분도 너무나 좋았구요. 서울에서 달고 살던 알러지성 기침도 멈추는 공간이었습니다. 아이들은 저녁으로 먹었던 님프가든의 숙성삼겹살이 너무 맛있었다고 하네요.

오래된 곳이지만 관리가 잘 되있고, 직원들이 친절해서 좋았어요. 18개월 아기랑 함께다녀왔는데 침대가드는 없다고해서 바닥에서 잤어요. 뜨끈하니 난방잘되서 괜찮았어요. 매점도있고 카페도있고 인형뽑기도있어서 잼나게 놀았네요^^

시설은 낡았는데 깨끗했어요. 체크인도 빨리 잘 되었고, 다만 아이들을 데리고 가족단위로 많이 와서 층간 소음은 좀 불편했습니다.

시설의 청결에 더욱 신경을 써야할듯합니다. 아무리 낡았어도 청결함까지 문제가 된다면 더욱 심각해지지 않을까요?

직원들의 서비스 마인드와 시스템에 비해 시설이 아쉽다..
아무래도 오래된 시설이기 때문일까... 서비스와 시스템은 매우 우수하나 시설자체가 너무 낙후되어 아쉽고 보수한 흔적이 너무 초보적인 느낌이 들었습니다 그냥 이해하고 넘어가려해도 뭔가 아쉬움이 많이 남는 그런곳이었다

시설이 좀 오래되긴했지만 고장난 데 없이 깔끔했습니다 에어컨도 잘 되고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요 리조트 편의점에서 마실거 먹을거 생필품 거의 다 있구요. 음식점도 세개 있어요 미니랜드 가서 하나씩 다 타봤는데 7세 아이한테는 괜찮았어요 조금 느린감이 있지만 와이파이 잘 되고요 샴푸 린스는 챙겨가세요 공기좋고 물좋고 조용해서 쉬었다 가는데 최고에요

잘쉬다가 왔습니다.
건물이 오래되긴 했지만 전체적으로 깔끔하니 편안 했습니다. 특히 아이들이 눈썰매를 가장 재미나게 탔네요. 아침 조식은 가격에 비해 좀......개선이 필요할듯 보이네요
