We liked how cosy the room was and how well the spa works. We were very happy with the costumer service. The place has beautiful views and nice if you wanna go for a walk around.

alot of insects in the room we got bitten they were in the sheets .. over all we were happy with the venue just not the part where we got bitten.

I was extremely happy with my stay, the spa was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay highly recommend

Great value, easy check in, prompt response to questions and super helpful. We couldn’t get a taxi so they organised alternative transportation for us which was very kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Glenn was a fabulous host! Deville is a fantastic B&B with full amenities set in an idyllic location. We had a beautiful room and everything was as described.

Good value, well located for a winery tour
Enjoyable, very private and as advertised property. The availability of well stocked continental breakfast was a bonus. Only feature that lets the property down, but did not impact our stay in any way - is the decor, which seems very dated and a little sci-fi themed in places. It was not unpleasant in any way. The service was simple and more than adequate. Only a short drive - about 10 minutes into Healesville made it an easy location to base ourselves for the winery weekend.

The room was lovely, we stayed in the De Spa room with the bath and loved it. It’s the only room without a view but the bath made up for it for us! We had 4 mosquitos in the room one night and woke up with bites - not sure where they came in from but a citronella candle would certainly help. It’s quite removed from the main town but really nice if you want to escape from civilisation.

Pleasant accommodation, tad overpriced & NO WIFI
We were eventually greeted by the host when we arrived. We were shown to our room and and also the communal area for kitchen and lounge. Our perception was we were interrupting whatever he was doing and we never saw him again during our 2 day visit. The deVine room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean as was the kitchen. Good air-conditioning. The breakfast is a basic continental of juice, cereals and bread. The website/Hotels.com site view photos are not correct from the deVine room and attached are the current views which are not so nice. In this age it is crazy it has no wifi is available especially for the price charged

This property made you feel like you were in the idle of nowhere and yet only a very short drive to the centre of Lilydale. Perfect for a group of couples with the common area available for relaxing together and preparing meals. The rooms are still spacious - so no need to socialise if you don't want to.

Loved the location and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. My only negative is we checked in on a hot 41 degree summers day and the air con wasn't switched on for us - not the best way to welcome paying customers

Stayed in the de Vine suite. Loved the view of the mountains and fields! Bed was lovely and huge!! Very clean and common room kitchen was a nice addition.

The spa room was very large and comfortable and was unique the the large free standing spa. I liked the way the tv was set up so you could watch it when you were in the spa and then turn it around to watch from bed.

Hi Anonymous, Each individual suite at deVille is unique which is indicated in the photos of the three suites on the booking sites. So obviously, the photo of the suite you looked at was not the suite you stayed in, called deVine. We are sorry that you were disappointed that you did not have a spa. kind regards, Karyn at deVille

The Spa suite was cosy, comfortable and clean. The room had some basic breakfast, tea and coffee items provided, plus plenty of information on local attractions. The location was great, very close to Healesville and easy for us to get around to all the places we wanted to see. The owner was friendly and informative. I'd definitely stay again.

Out-of-town comfort
Our Friday and Saturday night stay was very comfortable. Lovely view over the paddocks. A multitude of bird life in the neighbouring trees. An easy 7 minute drive into Healseville. And a surprise help-yourself continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

Very nice and comfortable apartments, located within 5 minutes of the main town of Healesville, driving distance to Yara valley wineries.

Stayed for two nights in June, there was used tissues just under the bed and the quilt was encased in a cover that was crunchy that kept falling off the bed, had to take off and use two single bed blankets to keep warm - not sure how it got it four stars as the property didn't look finished

Luxury in Healesville
Stayed here over Christmas...arrived and were greeted by Dieter who showed us to our room which was just pure luxury. We stayed in the De Sunset suite which has its own kitchen. Stunning room and comfortable bed. As it was Christmas they had a cute colour changing Christmas tree on the dining table. Great sized TV and the spa was great too (although a bit slow to fill up...so start filling it early if you want a spa). Stair access to all the ooms...we barely saw the guests from the other rooms, was very quiet. Saw cute alpacas through our window and a beautiful dog as well. We spent Christmas Day at Healesville Sanctuary which was a close drive so that was good.

Everything was perfect
Everything was just as it is described perfect private room with spa and kitchenette. Communal kitchen with eggs from on site chickens and bread and toaster and cereal packs and milk and juice and microwave and stove and big dining table and lounge and balcony a bonus.

Great hotel with valley views
Had a great stay in this hotel in Yarra Valley! It felt very homey, with a good variety of local produce for continental breakfast, easy check in and check out. Loved to see local alpacas and sheep through the window! We stayed at Sunset room, which also has fireplace and spa overlooking the valley, which was perfect for a cool night. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous location, wonderful facilities
We stayed for the weekend in the De Sunset suite. The facilities we amazing. Everything you could possibly want was there plus more! The owners were lovely and very generous. They even provided fresh eggs from their chickens for our complimentary breakfast each day. Beautiful suite, very clean and new, but also very comfortable, especially the massive King size bed. The views were breathtaking. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Don't stay here if you require internet connection
We were disappointed that Deville had neither wifi nor internet connection because we had to go to a bar in Healesville Town to use their wifi. In this day and age, it is quite imaginable that most guests would require some form of connectivity to the virtual world as part of their daily life.

The common room had everything - A big kitchen , dinning room table ,leather lounge, fire place, information on all sites around the area to check out and books if you would like to just sit and have a quite read. The views of the country side are a must to see. We had local kookaburras come and visit very morning.
