I’ve stayed here many times before. I like the hotel and the staff are a country mile better than many places. Disappointed to be charged to park. It’s not easy to stay here without parking and non of my previous stays charged for parking!

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that we are charging parking overnight guests.There are several reasons for this, one is our proximity to the airport makes parking premium and attractive, so to prevent unauthorised parking so that there is sufficient parking available for all our hotel guests, charging is a way that we can control this. The hotel has fought hard to delay introduction of parking charges for as long as possible and we have tried to keep parking charges to a minimum. The new charge is 7.50 for overnight guests.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do appreciate all comments.

Only stayed one night with limited time there. However staff were welcoming. Facilities very good. Great swim and steam room.

Reception staff rude, said we we had not paid in advance with you , and we had, went to room no remote for tv , waited for someone to bring one up, and said it wasn’t there problem, my partner missed the racing because of this, the room had not been checked, we were in a room in attic with the smallest window, just not what I expected, for price of room, and reception staff just did not care

Great hotel near airport
It was a very warm welcome after coming off a delayed late night flight. The warm cookie was just the thing I needed. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, and i finally got that sleep I desired. Easy check out too.

Lovely Stay
Had a lovely stay at Hilton Cadbury House. The Hotel and rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Stakehouse and had breakfast in the morning. The food was excellent. We used the spa facilities and they were really lovely apart from it been rather busy. Our room was on the top floor and heat rises so it was very warm and there was an issue with the aircon. I rang down to let reception know and they were more then happy to move us but we decided to stay. Relly excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Staff - Great Hotel - Top Food
I was really impressed with the hotel, staff and food. Will definitely stay again. Extra shout out to the lad on reception Friday night when we checked in. I think his name was James possibly. Gave our party some welcome cookies and also dug out a usb charger for me! Legend. Also the blonde girl at breakfast was really welcoming 😀

Great Hotel
Great hotel. Comfortable spacious and modern rooms. Food was excellent although service was a little slow even though it wasn't particularly busy.

Potentially great, but let down by service
Lovely facilities. Service not up to the same standard. For example, the room was not made up. Also the drain to the shower was blocked, which can happen, but when we reported it no one was available to fix it over the weekend. Hotel offered room service but when we tried to call a few times no one answered the phone, so we went out instead.

Kept us waiting for 2.5 hours to check in even though room was ready. Room was then cold, so they transferred us to another room after some 30 minutes. Therefore curtailed our use of the pool and spa facilities. Overall, expensive for what it is

The property was convenient to a family event we attended so chose the hotel over others in Bristol even though it was more expensive. Expected a bit more from the hotel. It was noisy. Service in the bar for food was slow. There was a fight/dispute in a nearby room. Clean enough but not impeccable. Bed comfy enough.

Almost 5 start
We have pent a long weekend here and only one thing held us back to give 5 stars ….. the receptionist team unfortunately. But apart from two receptions we have met and they dealt withe us (basically we checked is about 11pm and the guy at the reception was pretty grumpy and did not have us any info … no proper check it happened there … he didn’t even said Hi …) All staff are lovely the hotel fairly clean and all staff were lovely.

Nice hotel with great gym and spa
Great hotel, nice welcome with cookies, big comfy rooms, great gym and spa on site and a good breakfast. Best business stay hotel for a long time. Will definitely return.

A wonderful overnight stay👌
Angus, in Reception, had 100% excellent customer service skills. We were somehow booked into a double room for disabled people that overlooked the car park. I went back down to Reception and spoke to Angus, who without any haggling, put my husband and me into an upgraded king-size room with views over the gardens and grounds. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast choices were 5⭐️ What could have been an uncomfortable and disappointing stay turned out to be a wonderful success - THANK YOU ANGUS😃
