朝食がおいしかった。朝食で、jamuが飲めるのがよかった。スタッフが、親切で、気持ち良い対応だったのがよかった。市内の観光地からは離れているので、車での移動が必要。

This hotel is looking very boutique, really liked how they design the overall place. Not a big hotel, but it is simply have convenient ambience. Staff are friendly, breakfast are nice quality too. Stayed in a Family Suite with a family, the good is they have a microwave and mini kitchenette (but no stove) with a nice balcony. But if you are with family of adults, i think its better to ask for an interconnecting rooms so they have 2 bathrooms. Location wise is quite convenient with nearby restaurants, but better if you have your own transportation. Will definitely recommend this hotel to young family or couple looking for modern boutique hotel style.

The hotel is so amazing. So clean and comfort. I took a room with a pantry and they give us the best services detail. So comfort. I’ll recommend it to my friends and for sure will be rebook when i stay in jogja. Thanks :)

Not bad but there are better places to stay for a bit more money. A bit out of the center but close to airport. The food was amazing though- best satay I’ve had! Had some noise from construction and had to change rooms because AC didn’t work other then that it was good!

Echt een TOP hotel met TOP service. We sliepen maar 1 nacht in het Gaia Cosmo Hotel, maar ze probeerden alles naar onze zin te maken. Dit hotel is echt een boetiek hotel, modern! De prijzen van het eten en drinken zijn prima en een stuk goedkoper dan in Bali. De receptionisten waren erg belangstellend en probeerden met ons mee te denken als we ergens naar toe wilden! Ik zou hier zeker willen terug komen 😊

Incredible value in the heart of Yogyakarta. Chic, modern hotel with beautiful decor. Foyer has a great coffee shop and working area, just before a restaurant that serves an ample Indonesian and Western breakfast buffet. Beautiful swimming pool in the middle. Rooms are stylish, calming and inviting. Reception is very helpful if you need to book tours and cars. Only drawback is no safe if you need one.

写真で見るよりも部屋が明るく広く清潔に感じます。無駄を省いた作りでバスタブはなく家具もエコ仕様ですが十分です。 朝食は1Fカフェで品揃えも良い方だと思います。 チェックインより早く着きすぎましたが2Fに休憩スペースがあり、コンセントもあるのでゆっくり待つことが出来ました。 近くの施設で行われたスポーツイベントに行くために利用したので、それに関しては立地も良かったです。繁華街からは離れているのでそこは注意。 ホテルから呼んでもらったタクシーがぼったくりだったことだけが残念でした。 タクシーはGrabを利用しましょう。Grabを利用すれば安全でお安いです。 その件を除けば全体的にサービスも良く満足できました。

Honeymoon stay - ok location style over substance
Booked for our honeymoon stay. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and pleasing in its design and interior. It’s not too far from the centre and easy to get around. We did however find the hotel to be more style over substance overall. The free shuttle is only 2 x a day and is basically a car that gets booked. Once two guests have booked it’s basically gone so not much use to guests. Shuttle implies continuous back and forth journeys. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the rooms are very nice and beds are so comfy. The messed up a little in the restaurant and fed me meat after requesting vegetarian, but gave us a room upgrade to apologise. The suites are amazing if you can afford them. The pool was good but could do with changing rooms rather than one unisex shower cubicle. Overall we good and we’d stay again for the price :)

Pleasant stay at gaia cosmo
Breakfast is great with many choices. Their traditional drink jamu is good. Got room with balcony which was great! Looking over the pool. Stylish and comfortable stay with minor downside? Which is No fridge in room and main lobby is crowded with cars park in no parking zone. So messy and difficult to get car in and out of hotel. Room of improvement. Location wise its a distance from malioboro but hey you're in yogyakarta, use becak to move around as part of experience. Highly recommended

Modern and clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood
Only stayed for one night and had to check out early for an early morning flight but overall impression was good. Except the initial hiccup that there was only one check-in counter and a lot of people were waiting to check in at 2pm when I arrived hence I had to wait a while for the check in... Room was clean and size was decent. It looked like a relatively new and modern hotel. Food at the restaurant was decent and fairly priced. There don't seem to be anything within walking distance to the hotel though as it is situated in a quiet area. You will have to call a grab/taxi if you would like to get around.

Air conditioner did not work as well. The room was uncomfortably hot the entire night with the air conditioner set at max.

Great staff and cozy experience!
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff attended to our needs asap whenever we needed it. Very friendly as well. Room is exactly like how it is pictured on the website.

Loved the hotel design! Super value for price. Staff were nice and helpful, restaurant was great. Coffee was AWESOME! Mostly local families in the hotel. A little overwhelming during breakfast to find seats, and uncomfortable to use the pool due to overcrowd of families and kids. hope the hotel puts in refrigerator, that’ll make it perfect.

Excellent Family Suite, Exceeded expectations
Our stay at Gaia Hotel was pretty much flawless. We were pleasantly surprised that the family suite actually separates 1 large bed in its own room with a door, with 2 twin sized beds outside, and an additional sitting area for dining. Perfect use of space and the design was so modern and comfortable. What's more is that the service was absolutely amazing, the staff members always had a smile and was ready to assist us with our travel needs. The hotel offers day trips with a local travel agency which was very convenient for visiting Borobudur and the city. Breakfast was good, there's also a great coffee bar in the lobby, pool water was a little too cold. The hotel is situated in a very typical city street, a little dangerous to walk on as the sidewalk are not well developed, but we got a good feel of the city vibe. Taxis are really cheap (use Grab app) as this hotel is centrally located, so getting around wasn't an issue.

Impressive hotel and great value for money
The hotel is really stylish and I was impressed upon arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. It would have been nice if there were mini-fridges in the rooms. Location was ok, but we took a car to do anything.

Everything was great, service was also overall very good. Only one time we were a bit let down when we requested pool towels before we swam, the towels never came until we finished swimming and had to request again. Great location, helpful with valet when the basement parking was full. Checking in was a bit long. Loved the room, breakfast was ok.

What makes this hotel special is the staff. The front desk wanted to help in any way possible. They even guided me through using a grabcar (cheapest way to get around Yogya) going so far as to wait with us outside to make sure the driver knew where we wanted to go. The coffee shop in the lobby has AMAZING coffee which is not unusual for Indonesia but is for hotels. The included breakfast was delicious. Can't say enough about my stay there.

The hotel is in a very good condition. The staff a very friendly, specially the lady at the reception called Sara. She helped me to book the tours to see the temples. I had dinner at the restaurant - the food was great. Breakfast offers a wide selection of treats (I wish someone could have told me what goes with what). The room was clean. The only negative thing is its about 5 min away from the main tourist area but this is not a major issue and results in the hotel being very tranquil and certainly very family orientated.

Good Value For Money
The hotel is well designed and value for money. The decors are modern and simplistic. Service rendered were excellent. Rooms were clean and have an open concept. Overall, a very good value for money accommodation.

Modern cosmopolitan hotel
Service was good, hotel staff were friendly . Room was nice and clean with modern design and standard amenities, such as cable tv, fridge, and safe. Complementry bicycles were available for borrowing , which is useful for exploring the surrounding areas of interests.

Very good experience at the hotel
Everything’s good. We had a driver so travel wasn’t an issue. Recommended to book a driver for your trip to get to places that are inaccessible. Staff are professional and smiley all the time. Friendly. Order some food for dinner at their restaurant, and they missed out on one pasta order. We waited for quite some time before realising the order wasn’t made at all. No apologies was made. Gym and sky lounge wasn’t ready when we were there recently. But it’s stated as coming soon. Other than that, the beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Wifi is working. And, the interior design is cool. Pool needs some heating mechanism though. It’s awfully cold.
