I am very sorry you had a negative stay experience. We have made some changes to staff in the kitchen to improve quality as we were made aware of issues like the one described above. As far as the room rates, you booked 3rd party at a rate for a standard one bed room, you were upgraded to a remodeled 2 queen bed room and we honored a rate of our standard 2 queen bed which is a $30.00 plus tax difference from the original room type, so unfortunately that is all we can do. Again I do apologize for the negative stay experience.

I apologize for the negative experience at the property, we did our best to accommodate your group from upgrading your room types to an early check in free of charge. When the issue of one of the rooms smelling of smoke was brought to our attention was brought to our attention we moved your room immediately and when the leak happened from the room above unfortunately overflowing their tub we moved your room immediately as well. It was after 3pm when you asked for a refund, unfortunately we could not refund the day of due to the time and the use of the room but we did refund the second night even though this was a non-refundable reservation. I apologize again for the negative experience and the fact that we could not do more to accommodate you.
