해변가에 소재한 숙박지로서, 밤 늦게 도착했음에도 직원들이 친절하여 매우 만족하였음. 수영장이 해변과 맞닿아 있어 상당히 인상적이며, 아침수영 또는 산책하기 좋으며, 자연환경 이 우수하고, 금액대비 상당히 양호한 숙박지로서 추천함.

I have been there (Senia) with my wife & daughter between 14th and 16th of May. Everyhing was perfect, especially all steps were very kind & modest. I never visited same place twice in my life, but here will be the first place that I will visit again. I would like to say thank you for the hospitality.

facility is the best. and beach also good. I want to stay again. but if you dont have a car, it is difficult to move another location like zadar.

Vi kom I slutet av säsongen (september) Naturen, stranden och omgivningarna var vackra. Men området kändes dött. Det fanns inga turister kvar. Det fanns dåligt med varor i lokala affären samt många restauranger /glasskiosker som var stängda. Detta framkom inte vid bokningen. Kände oss lite lurade. Lägenheten var vi super nöjda med sant bemötande av personal. Det var rent och fint. Vi kommer kanske återkomma men utan våra tonåringar. De tyckte de var ett tråkigt ställe.

The state of the apartment was run down, bed was uncomfortable. Floor was dirty and lot of ants run on the floor.

Absolutely fantastic place, very high standard of property. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 minutes walk to the beach and bar with swimming pool. What else do you need on holiday?

Très déçus de l’appartement qui est vieillissant et non entretenu. La porte d’entrée est toute gondolée, la salle de bain n’est pas fonctionnelle et est vétuste avec de la moisissure sur les joints de la douche. La chambre a une odeur d’égouts, et la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Au niveau équipement de l’appartement, il manque un micro onde, il n’y avait que 2 bols pour 4, 3 verres pour 4, il n’y avait qu’un petit fond de liquide vaisselle et le distributeur était cassé. Nous y étions que pour 3 nuits, nous nous en sommes donc accommodés. En revanche l’appartement est grand, les lits sont confortables et la piscine, le bar en bord de mer sympas. Aucune communication, on ne nous a même pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour. Bref ça ne vaut pas le prix élevé.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse auf der keine Sonnenliegen waren. Ich habe bei der Rezeption nach Liegen gefragt und mir wurden für nächsten Tag welche versprochen. Leider ist das nicht geschehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Haus gab es keinen Besen oder ähnliches ich weiß nicht wie man die Wohnung sauber halten soll wenn man länger bleibt als wir. Ein schöner Strand und Poolbereich ist auch vorhanden. Im ganzen ist die Anlagen zu empfehlen aber es gibt besseres für das Geld.

Dårlig vasket ved ankomst. Man må melde fra behov om rene håndklær (tidligst hver 3. dag). Elendig service på strandbar hvor de ansatte var mer opptatt av å prate med hverandre enn å betjene kunder. Elendig renhold på felles toalett, det tok minst 3 dager mellom hver overflatiske 'vask'.

Les appartements sont bien équipés et les installations nombreuses (piscine, plage, sauna, salle de fitness). 2 points noirs : - les petits déjeuners : buffet pas assez approvisionné (alors qu'il est petit), le pain et les viennoiseries sont constamment en rupture. Il faut attendre 15-20min pour en avoir des nouveaux - les transats : ils sont pas assez nombreux et pas assez entretenus, un transat sale restera sale pendant de longues journées

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Terrasse, jedoch leider ohne Meerblick (Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Zum Strand und Pool sind es maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß und das ist wirklich traumhaft. Man bräuchte theoretisch nicht mal Badeschuhe, da es 2 Stege gibt, die einen steinlosen Eintritt ins Wasser gewähren. Vorteil: es ist ein eigener Bereich gewesen. Die Jahreszeit für uns perfekt, es war nicht mehr allzu voll. Im Hochsommer zur Hauptsaison sieht das wahrscheinlich ganz anders aus. Der Ausstattung habe ich nur ein „ok“ gegeben, weil die Küche sehr spärlich eingerichtet war. Wenn man nicht mit eigenem Auto, sondern via Flug anreist, hat man nun mal nicht den halben Hausstand mit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Es Könnte besser sein. Zum Pool kann jeder ausser halb jeder kommen. Am Pool was verboten ist kann man alles machen.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming reception lady always a good start, who informed us that we were receiving an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, excellent start. The apartments have private parking outside the front door, a very large terrace and a garden at the rear. The complex has three pools and we had no problem obtaining sunbeds each day, the swim up bar is good for a cooling down drink and a beer is 35 kunas, not bad for a hotel. We were self catering so didn't try the restaurant however we did eat twice at the bar opposite the on-site supermarket which was very good. Zadar is 15 mins away and we used Uber to get there on a couple of nights which costs about 100-120 kuna. All in all great place for families. Overall very pleased with this chilled out well run holiday

Equipe d'accueil très sympathique ! Les appartements sont propres et fidèles à la description. Attention à maintenir les équipements en bon état car certains éléments sont cassés mais pas bien entretenus (ex : ponton en bois cassé, placo gonflés non réparer,...) Sinon une semaine au top :)

海・プール近のアパート
街の中心地からは少し離れており、閑静な住宅街の中にあります。ビーチへのアクセスは抜群です！またプールもすぐのところにあり、大人が泳いでも十分に広かったです。部屋にはキッチンがあり、自炊もできます。スーパーも徒歩圏内になるので特に不自由なことはありませんでした。 部屋は写真通り綺麗で、快適な滞在ができました！また機会があれば滞在したいと思います！

Net ruim appartement, schoon en veilig. Direct aan de zee en met zwembad! Poolbar, leuk terras aan de zee! Heerlijk complex voor individuele vakantie. ‘s Avonds erg rustig, dan moet je echt baae Zadar rijden voor gezelligheid.
