Great location, accessible to the beach
We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)

Nice resort
The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches.

Staff was very friendly but the parking garage was way too dark once a car would pass by the lights would turn off immediately and you were unable to walk unless the light censors were turned on by a car passing. I also wish there was a store nearby that was open throughout the whole day. The bakery that was there was open from 7-1 and unnacceaple after those times.

The Falkensteiner Residences is located in a big private area with a lot of private spaces, beaches, restaurants and pools. The place is a good place to relax and the hotel offers various activities and food options.

Porch check in at front desk. Did not communicate about the property, hidden costs and major construction starting at 7A and continuing to 5P. Could be a nice property. Wish Falkenstein would have shared. Would’ve allowed us to choose elsewhere. We were told breakfast was free. Charge was twenty seven per person.

Clean and comfortable but location is remote
The resort is very secluded and quite deserted when we were there for some reason. Perhaps the bad weather was a factor. Not much to do if weather is not cooperating. Rooms were spacious and clean yet sterile in terms of decor.

Gelungene Anlage, direkter Zugang zum Meer
Check-in freundlich und bemüht, direkt die Preisliste bekommen und auf (völlig überteuerte) Hotelgastro hingewiesen. Appartement wie beschrieben, Meerblick, angemessene Ausstattung. Insgesamt ruhig, aber auch nicht ausgebucht. Durch Anordnung der Balkone kann es bei stärkerer Auslastung auch schnell laut werden. Preis/Leistung gerade noch okay, man möchte hier etwas auf sich halten. Besser machen (Kleinigkeiten, nichts was den Urlaub verdirbt): Parkgebühren sind obligatorisch, da kann das doch gleich in den Reisepreis kalkuliert werden. Salz/Klarspüler kauft kein Gast, so sehen auch die Gläser teilweise aus, schade. Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel wären gut. 2x Reinigung pro Woche wäre schön (kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden). Fluchtplan gehört an die Zimmertür, fehlte schlichtweg.

Beautiful property with many amenities
The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous. The property had lovely pools, beautiful beaches and resteraunts. It took us about 15 minutes to get into Zadar old town making it super convenient. The only negative was the fact that the second bedroom was tiny, only suitable for 1 person! So if you are a family of 3 it’s perfect! Would stay again for sure

Gorgeous location, beautiful accommodations
We only stayed one night, but the apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated using high end furnishings and finishings My only complaint would be that the parking is expensive, especially considering that you need a car to get there and that they have a huge parking lot. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place if you don’t mind staying 15 minutes away from Zadar center. Also of season doesn’t include breakfast and didn’t have bathroom amenities like conditioner.

Lovely place to Stay
This is a beautiful place to stay to just relax and chill out at your own pace. Enjoy the beautiful sea views and quiet area. Apartments have a great set up lovely and modern and clean. the one downside to the whole facility is that there is no supermarket on site, that would be a great bonus!

Appartment-Feeling mit dem gewissen Etwas!!
Die Senia-Anlage ist Teil des Falkensteiner-Komplex und bietet alles was man sich bei einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Separates WC, komplette Küche mit Miele-Geräten, sehr großzügiger Balkon oder Terrasse, Klimaanlage. Der Vorteil bei den Senia-Appartements ist, dass man die Infrastruktur des direkt daneben liegenden Familienhotels Diadora mitbenutzen kann. Sandstrand, Kinderland, Swimming-Pools und Restaurant. Des Weiteren befinden sich einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch oder englisch. Wir waren mit unserem 15-Monate alten Sohn in einem der kleineren Appartements und hatten genug Platz. Hochstuhl und Babybett waren bereits bei Ankunft im Zimmer aufgestellt. In 5-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in einem kleinen Supermarkt und in ca. 20 Minuten in Petrcane, wo ebenfalls 2 kleine Supermärkte vorhanden sind. Dort haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für 1 Woche Selbstverpflegung brauchten. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits ist das etwas zu weiche Bett, aber das ist ja Ansichstsache!

Belo resort perto de Zadar
Ficamos duas noites neste resort e foi a melhor escolha pois pudemos aproveitar a praia e as intalaçóes do hotel e, em poucos minutos de carro, passear pela cidade de Zadar. O café da manhá náo estava incluido mas por uma taxa de 7 euros mais ou menos, há um buffet de caf[e da manhá que vai até 12:00h. Para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde, é uma ótima pedida. Senáo, há cozinha e mesa no apartamento. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e o carro fica muito bem guardado em uma garagem coberta.

vi havde 5 dejlige dage på Falkensteiner Recidences. Personalet er meget flinke, selvom de ikke var i stand til at hjælpe os ved nogle af vores forespørgelser, og heller ikke kom tilbage med svar. Vi havde en dejlig lejlighed ud til et af pools områderne,hvilket var rigtig dejligt, og da vi havde lejlighed på stueetagen var det meget bekvemt. Området er utroligt roligt og fredeligt hvilket vi nød.

Sehr komfortable Hotelanlage in Strandnähe. Hatten eine komplette Wohnung, sehr modern ausgestattet. Leider mangelnde Zimmerreinigung, so das wir erst verschimmeltes Obst vom Vormieter aus dem Schrank entfernen mußten.Sonst war alles perfekt. Liegen am Strand sogar gratis.

Great hotel suited for vacation
It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.

Smart appartment in Zadar.
Spacious apartment, very smart with immaculate fixtures and fittings. Comfortable bed. Balcony overlooked 1 of the 3 outdoor (unheated) pools with a beautiful sea view beyond. Reception was extremely helpful. Good breakfast. Underground parking convenient. In rather a remote location which suited us, one would definitely need to have the use of a car. We would come here again.

Great stay
Spent 1 week at the Falkensteiner Residences Senia in the first part of September 2015. We had a great stay, beautiful, spacious apartment, close to both a pool and many beaches. Nice restaurants a short stroll away, our favorite was the fish-restaurant with good local wines all to reasonable prices. The hotel-staff was very helpful and always nice and smiling. We wanted to rent a car, and they organized everything, same with table reservations, taxis etc. One thing, though, we wanted to have a parasol on the balcony since there was no sun shielding there, this was not possible to get. Since the Falkensteiner Residences Senia is organized as apartments and not as a hotel per se, this was something we had to get ourselves. Of course, we did not buy a parasol. Everything was so nice, it is a pity they did not have a solution to this simple matter.
