밤늦게도착.우버타고 이동.아주 친절함.다만 짐이 엄청무거운데ㅜ엘레베이터가 없음.다음날 아침 버스터미널에 가야한다면 좋은위치.

호텔아파트는 어떻게 들어가야하는지......
택시에 내려서 도착하자마자 초인종이 여기저기 붙어있는 현관이더라구요 첨엔 여기가 맞는지 헷갈렸어요 주소와 간판은 분명 맞는데 ㅠㅜ 전그날 몸이 너무 힘든상태였거든요 옆쪽인가 싶어 옆건물 초인종을ㅜ 도착건물도 확인..그옆건물도 문의하였지만 도대체 들어갈수가 없었어요 지나가시는 아주머니를 붙잡고 신세한탄을 하고있는데 마침 그숙소에 머무시는분이 조깅끝내고 들어가시는길에 들어갈수있었습니다 저혼자 유럽여행 도는데 이럼 안되는거잖아요ㅠㅠ 더더군다나 캐리어들고 5층까지 걸어야 하는 지옥까지ㅠ 직원은 사과조차없었어요 손님을 이렇게 맞이하는건 좀 많이 아니지요ㅜ

I like to stay again if I come to Zagreb
It was same as pictures so nothing can complain . Staffs was very welcome and kind , place was very clean and cozy . I like to say this place is 4.8 because not a walking distance from main area . Thats only one thing if I have to find bad point. But it wasn't bad with tram . Thank you again for good service !

첫인상은 시내 주택가의 한 건물에 있었고 주차장도 근처의 유료 주차장들이 다 차 있어서 별로 였으나 친절한 직원의 도움으로 차를 맡기고 시내 관광후 돌아오니 차도 잘 주차되어 있고 이후 다음날 가는 길도 자세히 알려주어 편리하고 고마왔음. 위치와 주차등의 미비한 점을 서비스로 커버해 주셨고, 설비와 안락함등은 만족스러웠으므로 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다

The location was good. It was only one mile walk to the city center or 20 minutes by Uber. Five euros in taxes for about the same price.. the staff was very helpful!!!

Lovely staff, air conditioning failure
Wonderful staff and breakfast and spacious apartment. The only problem was the reception closed at 11pm we had our air con on max to cool the apartment down but could not turn it off or change it. We were very cold at night and could not sleep much.

Helt greit, men med mangler.
Beliggenhet i et rolig boligstrøk med kort vei til offentlig kommunikasjon. Meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. En del ting som det reklameres med på nettsiden (vi hadde juniorsuite) finnes ikke, f.eks.: flyplasstransport, badekåper, toalettartikler, tannbørste og tannkrem. Burde også vært sjampo og dusjsåpe hver for seg. Til tross for at suiten gir et pent inntrykk, var det ting som trekker ned: i dusjen var fem av flisene sprukket og på toalettet manglet kroker til å henge håndklærne på, her var det bare to braketter hvor det tydeligvis tidligere har vært oppheng for håndklær. På terrassen var det stygge fuktmerker på muren. Vi savnet også en kaffemaskin/vannkoker.

Our 2 night stay was satisfactory for our needs. We thought the hotel was closer to the City Centre, but it was actually a 30-minute walk. The hotel reception were very helpful in organising a taxi cab for us & in advising about where the various restaurants in the centre are located. The breakfast service needs a little better organisation but that could be easily rectified. All in all a good experience for us.

Too noisy, sounds loudly at midnight…room style isn’t really matching with the picture it showed. Electric shut down always. But Staff are nice and helpful.

Dear guest,Thank you for your review, however we must point out that electric shut down during your stay is a result from some of your private electric appliance that was obviously malfunctioning, and the safety switch shut down the electricity to protect the system. It’s a lovely place, very nice staff and breakfast. The room set up was different from what was online but I was told this has just not been updated online yet, a little disappointing but it didn’t ruin my stay.
