Centrally located, nice place
The hotel is centrally located in town so you can walk anywhere. The rooms, including shower, are large and roomy. They also have a mini-fridge. There is insufficient parking for everyone so you need to call ahead to be allocated a space. We didn't know this so they had us park across the street-- it was a little annoying but they gave us a discounted rate so it worked out in the end.

The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and there were a lot of choices to pick from. Enjoyed having options for coffee too.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck. Freundliches Personal und ein normales Frühstück runden das Ganze ab. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Fußgänger Zone raus was etwas laut war aber erträglich. Die Lage ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Kann es nur empfehlen und ich komme wieder.

Our room had no fridge, our safe was not working. All other rooms have fridges. The restaurant, owned by the hotel does no room service! We will not come back

Excellenr location and nice Alp hotel
Nice Alp hotel in middle of Zell am See. Many good restaurants around. Short way to City Express cabin. Staff was ver friendly and everything runs well. Breakfast was typical and good. The Spa was excellent for the end of the skiing day. We recommend!

Zentrale Lage, viel Gastro-Angebot in der Nähe
Zentral gelegenes Haus in der Fußgängerzone, Anreise etwas verwirrend, da im Navi eine andere Anschrift anzugeben wäre. Das Parken war dann in der anderen öffentlichen Garage vorgesehen als erst angefahren. Die günstigeren Zimmer zur Gasse bekommen einiges vom Nachleben dort mit. Rezeptionistin freute sich, dass wir Englisch sprachen, weil ihr Deutsch nicht so gut war.

Amazing hotel and they gave us a free upgrade. Our stay came with the summer card which allowed us to use lots of attractions free of charge.

Nice stay in the centre of Zell am See, only a short walk to the cable cars if you want to take in the views from up high or to lake Zell if you want a lake side stroll or a swim. Quaint Austrian old town centre with plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes to chose from.

Very good location. Helpful staff at reception. Tasty and plenty breakfast buffet though slow in replenishing. Comfortable and pleasing surroundings, large bedrooms. Disappointing room cleaning, they left used cups, no tidying. Hotel was nice enough to make up for our complaints with a discount on checkout

Perfect location.
Perfekt läge mitt i stan o ett par minuter promenad till lift/skidbuss/tågstation. Trevlig bastuavdelning. Bekvämt rum med kyl. Skidförvaring med pjäxvärmare. Synnerligen trevlig o tillmötesgående personal. Kan köpa liftkort i lobbyn. Nära till SPAR (mataffär). Enda negativa var att mitt rum låg mot gatan där det ena natten väsnades en del fram till midnatt. Därefter lugnt. Hörde ingenting från angränsande rum.

Die Lage ist zentral. Sehr laut in der Nacht. Warmwasser lässt sich nicht einstellen, deswegen ist das Duschen fast unmöglich. Reinigung ist ungenügend. Badetücher werden nicht ausgetauscht. Das Bett wird nur sehr spartanisch gemacht. Rezeption ist nur zeitweilig telefonisch erreichbar.

Lieber Gast, Ihre Meinung ist uns sehr wichtig und für konstruktive Rückmeldungen haben wir immer ein offenes Ohr - nur so können wir unseren Service optimieren. Wir bedauern sehr, dass wir Sie nicht von Ihrem Service überzeugen konnten, jedoch sind wir uns sicher, dass es sich hier nur um ein Missverständnis handeln muss. Wir gehen davon aus, dass Sie ein Appartement gebucht haben. Unsere Appartements sind preislich etwas günstiger als die Hotelzimmer, beinhalten demnach nicht die tägliche Reinigung. Hier ist lediglich die tägliche Müllentsorgung sowie der Handtuchwechsel alle 2 Tage inkludiert. Bezüglich der gemachten Betten werden wir natürlich mit unserem Team sprechen, damit diese etwas schöner aussehen. Unsere Rezeption ist täglich von 07:30 – 22:00 Uhr besetzt, darum ist es etwas verwunderlich, dass Sie uns nur zeitweise erreichen konnten. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles erdenklich Gute und senden Ihnen liebe Grüße aus dem Cella Central.

Meget skuffende ift. forventninger
Vi valgte specifik dette hotel, så vi kunne slappe af i deres spa område efter vandring. Den er så lukket om sommeren, hvilket var rigtigt skuffende og ikke informeret om nogle steder. Dét taget i betragtning, var det temmelig dyrt - og ved morgenmaden, som eller var fin, havde den stakkels smarte ALT for travlt alene til gæsterne (med at fylde op og komme med kaffe og hente bestik etc.). Cafeen taler åbenbart heller ikke sammen med hotellet ift regning eller lignende - og der var ingen espressomaskine på værelset, som der ellers står på hotels.com. Alt i alt MEGET skuffende besøg.
