친절한 직원들, 경치에 놀라고, 저녁 및 아침엔 Elk를 바로 앞에서 볼 수 있다. 아이 셋 데리고 1박함, 시설은 조금 오래되어서 욕실에선 물때 냄새가 풍겼지만, 최대한 관리하려는 노력이 보임, 수영장은 야외수영장이고 햇살이 너무 뜨거워 이용하진 않음, 조식은 6/10, 총점은 8/10 (일출 및 일몰시 건너편 산에 비추는 햇살을 바로 앞에서 볼 수 있음)

Great location and price near Zion Canyon
Everything was satisfactory even though you have to walk to a different building for breakfast. The walk is not long and you can enjoy the fresh air!

Clean, Convenient Stay close to Zion National Park
Nice updated rooms that are very clean. We took advantage of the laundry facility on site. The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. We did no have to contact the staff for anything.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was super clean and very well maintained. Easy access to get in and out and check in and check out were a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place to stay near Zion
Not much to look at from the outside but the room was great. Updated very nice. Great coffee machine. This is a contactless hotel but staff was very responsive to text messages. Nice view out our window. Bed was very comfortable.

I’ve never used a computer generated checkin and checkout. It was very interesting but worked well. The only problem was I would like to have had the map of the area (city) ahead of time because in the Grand Canyon we rarely had internet so we when we tried to pull it up we were unable. We feel we missed out on that part in the evening. Otherwise loved the place!

The place is clean, spacious, pleasant and the mattresses are very comfortable! We went on 3 hikes in Zion Park and ended up very tired… so this hotel was wonderful to rest. I highly recommend it

The room was big and very nice. I am not a big fan of contactless check in, but it worked out fine. They allowed us to leave our car there earlier during the day we checked in so we could get to Zion without dealing with finding parking, which was a huge plus. The Springdale shuttle was very close to the hotel, but we just walked to the park.

Good property I’m a good location near Zion National Park. Room was very clean and simple. There is no onsite management, but the “contact less “ process worked without issue.

Was not aware this was a completely contactless facility when I booked it. Also did not realize the individual buildings were 2 story without elevators. It worked out okay but would have appreciated a more thorough description of the hotel.

Shuttle stop across street
Easy free shuttle ride to Zion. Pick-up is right across street. We were able to park our car there in the morning before check-in. Rooms look new and feature great watercolors of the park. I love the access code door locks! Lots of close restaurants and top notch grocery just down the street.

For a price of 250 per night, i would have expected more. The room had a smell, the bed sheets smelled like Vicks caper rum, maybe it was not properly washed from the prior customer. There is no customer service on site. Overall just not worth the price. Oh and the towels were very old. Just not a clean feeling.

Great place, great idea!!
This place was very clean, and grounds and pool well maintained. There is a "faceless check in process". All done electronically. I never saw a staff person (except for housekeeping). But!! I chose to communicate with the "desk" via text message, and they were extremely responsive. I asked questions for directions, restaurant recommendations, and some other thing. The through response came within minutes if not seconds. Great idea!! I would defiantly stay there again. It is conveniently located at the last shuttle (to Zion) stop, right outside the door.
