Checking in
Checking in was not a good experience. Even after we had booked a room for four which was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, we were told that one king size bed would be sufficient for four to sleep. They wanted to charge us for an extra bed which was not mentioned at the time of booking. For a Hotel which prides itself for service it was not a good experience.

Service is questionable
Stay was good. Service was questionable. During our stay we ordered dinner at room. They didn’t take the used plates even after request after we finish our dinner. Otherwise no complain. Stay was good.

Horrible experience
I arrived at the hotel on time wasnt allowed to check in as didn't carry my passport to the location (as a foreign national). I was able to provide my canadian driver's license. So frustrating that left me in an unknown city in a foreign country with no place to stay. They were able to check in the 2 additional guests but not me. How ridiculous. I was able to provide all IDs including the credit card under which this bill was charged. My main issue was that why was wasnt I notified about this that I needed a passport and a proof of visa to check in. I have traveled 100s of cities across the world and never had issues. Lastly, the cellphone of one of fellow guests was stolen during their stay. No accountability. I am very upset. I demand a phone call from hotels.com regarding this horrible experience.

It is explicitly mentioned on your confirmation. Your Canadian driving license is of no help here in India. Regarding the cellphone, proper investigation was done but it was not ascertained whether your chauffer was telling the truth, same was politely informed to your folks who stayed with us. Pathetic housekeeping, AC does not work properly. Morning buffet was stale and dry. 50% of the workforce does not speak English. Have stayed over 20 nights in the last 3 years but this is final.. Terribly upset on service.

Good place for business trip but missing Internet.
