스위스 호텔이 가격대비 별로라는걸 알고있었지만.. 일박에 37만원을 냈는데 시설이 우리나라 딱 모텔수준이었어요. 위치와 아침 조식은 좋았어요. 서비스도 좋았지만 가격대비 질은 ㅠㅠ 정말...어휴

가성비와 위치가 좋은 깔끔한 호텔
전반적으로 깔끔하고 가성비 좋게 묵을 수 있는 호텔입니다. 조식이 규모는 작으나 깔끔하고 괜찮아요. 매우 좋은 성급은 아니나 취리히 물가를 생각하면 좋은 위치에서 가성비 좋게 지낼 수 있어요. 유럽은 칫솔 치약이 대부분 없으니 챙겨오셔야합니다.

매우 더운 날이였는데 이동식 에어컨을 설치해 주어서 아주 시원하게 지내다가 왔습니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 조식에 나오는 크루와상이 정말 맛있습니다. 지금도 가끔 생각나는 맛이랍니다.

I am so happy with our stay at Hotel Wellenberg. The staff was so kind, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the Tower Suite and our girls had a traditional room. The suite was incredible, beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the smaller room was also extremely well put together and functional. The breakfast was so much more than we expected and the staff in charge of the breakfast was very welcoming and friendly! The location felt convenient to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zurich.

This property was everything I needed for my vacation, the staff was very professional and helpful as well as pleasant. The location was so nice( despite the construction) going on outside the hotel, it was the ideal location for me and my family. Again, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of all my questions. I truly enjoyed that we were in close proximity to everything we needed.

Dieses Hotel verdient weniger als 1 Stern. Es gibt weder eine Minibar noch einen Luftregler (zu heiß). Das Badezimmer mit einem Plastikwaschbecken und einer Dusche, die mehr als dürftig ist. eine schreckliche Matratze. Ich habe jetzt Rückenschmerzen und muss Physiotherapie machen. Ein Frühstück, bei dem die wichtigsten Schweizer Produkte wie Birchermüesli usw. fehlen. Nur 3 Brotsorten. Wie bei der Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur zwei Möglichkeiten. Wenn Sie das Pech haben, nach einem schlechteren Cappuccino zu fragen, müssen Sie 5,60 CHF extra bezahlen. Zudem sind die Steckdosen weder international noch europäisch. Badeschuhe und ein Bademantel fehlen. Das Bett ist nur für 1 1/2 Personen gemacht und nicht für 2! Alle Personen (4 – 2 aus der Schweiz und 2 aus Frankreich) machten die gleiche Beobachtung wie ich und mein Kollege. In der Schweiz sollte es diesen Scheiss gar nicht geben

Em termos gerais foi uma boa estadia. O check-in foi bem rápido pois já tinha feito o atendimento prévio que me foi mandado por e-mail. o atendente muito simpático e prestativo. os elevadores infelizmente pequenos para levar uma família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças de uma vez e um pouco demorado devido a lotação do hotel. o quarto adequado, porem algumas toalhas estavam com pequenos rasgados e não tao limpas, o banheiro não tinha box, apenas cortina de plastico que deixa espalhar água pelo chão. cafe da manha bom, porem meus filhos gostariam de tomar chocolate quente e essa opção era paga a parte por 3,5 francos suíços cada, acredito que o hotel poderia não cobrar por essa bebida, apenas uma sugestão

We encountered a few hiccups with our room upon check-in, but the manager of the hotel and his assistant went above and beyond to fix the issues and ensure the rest of the stay was amazing. Great location, and beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay again if we get back to Zurich.

mediocre hotel w/tiny rooms
Disappointing hotel, NOT as nice as their pics. Central location on busy square = LOUD all night. Bathroom is so TINY you can't turn around, also tiny shower floods entire floor (leaks from below). "Free welcome drink" = soft drink (water, coke), obviously misleading. They do have a beautiful library that you can only use at midnight bc during the day it is FULL of entire families sprawling on every surface snoring & slobbering for HOURS while waiting for their rooms. Gives the place the feeling of a crowded, rundown youth hostel. Very unpleasant. Would NOT stay again.

Not accurate amenities
This hotel was to have air conditioning and it did not. Why pay $350+ per night for a four star hotel. It lists amenities it does not have. This is not truthful and wrong. We sweat while sleeping and opened a window to loud drunks at bars in streets

Best location, charming plaza in old town, walk to train and opera house. Family room we had excellent, spacious and well equipped, even had an Xbox for kids! All staff personable, Ruth in breakfast room so friendly! There’s a wonderful common living room for families to meet and socialize, breakfast sufficient. Loved our stay! Highly recommend

Outdated rooms, mouldy bathrooms - friendly staff
Service was friendly and welcoming. Lobby, lounge and family room modern and stylish but rooms very much in need of refurbishment. Dated bathrooms with extensive mould around the windows. Be great to see the actual rooms brought up to the standard of the public areas. Disappointing but staff were very nice.

Helt ok
Fin og sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen, kort avstand til shopping, severdigheter samt de fleste julemarkedene i byen. Mange koselige boder i gaten rett ved hotellet. Selve hotellet var av grei standard med bra størrelse på rommet. Det som trekker ned er relativt dårlig utvalg på frokost samt ingen temperatur regulering på rommet.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, just few minutes walk from the Zurich HB train station and shops. Very friendly staffs The only downside is that the exhaust from the toilet where we stayed (rm 412) was not working.
