Not bad but not great
Even though, the room was warm to enough bed and pillows was bad to sleep. Also, there isn't any description of wash machine. When I enter the room, to check the inventories was hard to find. That should be updated.

Perfect location, my 3 teenage girls and I had an easy 20 min walked from the train station. Close grocery shopping and restaurants. Place was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Can be a bit noisy at night since lots of bars and restaurants in the area but Would stay again!

It's a pity that there is no elevator in the building, and we have to climbed up 3 floors with heavy luggage. Heard some people yelling in the middle of the first 2 nights.

Easy walking to various locations. We had 4th floor apartment - some angled ceilings and a long way to haul luggage, but otherwise comfortable enough.

Good choice but no aircon
A good choice. The only negative is no aircon in 37c summer heat. Other than that i wouldnt have a problem recommending the flat.

Very good
Everybody was very friendly and extremely helpful, apartment was nice and very clean and good value for money. The only negative was that the bed was broken so the first night was not the best but it was fixed as soon as I reported it. I definitely would recommend it.

Best location for Zurich trip
Location is great as it is next to Tram stop. A lot of nice Restaurants nearby too. Quiet neighborhood.

Zentrale Lage, zur Tram nur 2 Minuten, trotzdem einigermaßen ruhig. Check-in ohne Probleme. Kundendienst sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen! Küchenzeile voll ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, Bad sehr unpraktisch, Duschkabine war nicht richtig abgedichtet und das Waschbecken ist völlig falsch konzipiert weshalb nach dem Duschen/Händewaschen/Waschen immer das Bad "unter Wasser stand". Alles in allem nicht wirklich gemütlich aber auf jeden Fall zweckmäßig (mini Apartment).

Bonne localisation mais matelas à changer
Chambre bien équipée et bien située, le restaurant voisin est bruyant les soirs de week end donc difficile de se reposer les fenêtres ouvertes. Le matelas pour 2 est par contre petit et surtout inconfortable.

They provided me the wrong passcode to enter into the building and the room. Due to they don’t have reception, I need to go back to their office (distance 10 mins by train) to pick up a correct passcode. Fortunately, it’s not non-office hours or bank holiday. Otherwise, I really don’t know how to do.

The room smelled, pillows were horrible, and when asked for room service for replacement towels I was told it would be an extra charge. On the high note they did answer my call every time I called to inquire about things.

Nice, comfortable hotel Suite
We booked a suite, which is very well decorated, beautiful room colour, clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is very convenient to all amenities. The hotel staffs are very amiable and helpful.

Not horrible, but not as good as I expected.
Check-in was efficient and no problem. However, the apartment was lacking in bathroom size and kitchen facilities. The bathroom was so small it was virtually not usable. A very tall or large person would not be able to use the toilet; an average-sized person had difficulties. The bathroom sink was almost too small to shave or wash hands. It was certainly an annoyance during the stay. Otherwise, the cleanliness and function of the bathroom was fine. The faucet in the kitchen was not secured into place. It seemed to be just placed in the hole, not secured. The microwave seemed to be a bit outdated and challenging to use. The location was very convenient and the staff was accommodating but not intrusive.

Checking in this hotel was a little trouble.

入住前去办公室拿钥匙的设计太差了,而且酒店的提醒也不周到,幸亏是白天到达,如果是晚上到根本没法入住,但房间还是不错的,性价比在苏黎世来说是很高的.
