Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Reception helped print a few documents I needed and answered several questions I had about the area. Only issue I had was Netflix would not work on the TV. Maintenance came up and said they had to replace it, but they didn’t have a replacement.

The hotel and the location were perfect! Lise and Sophie were so welcoming at the front desk and if we could have, we would have booked more nights. This is the best hotel in the area! Would highly recommend staying here!!

The Crown Plaza Bruge was in the center of Bruges walkable to sightseeing and its attractions such as canals and stunning medieval architecture. It had a restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

I have had the distinct pleasure of staying at this hotel on three separate occasions spanning the previous few years. Each visit has consistently been marked by a positive experience. During my most recent stay, the staff demonstrated great hospitality, providing valuable information about local activities and ensuring a taxi was promptly available for my early morning departure. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is notably convenient, situated directly opposite The Basilica of the Holy Blood and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main plaza. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, contributing to a comfortable stay. Given these consistently high standards, I fully intend to return in the future. :)
