How are the rates so low?
"Our 3rd stay here since last Chrismas, mostly due to affordability. Our room was clean & had new carpeting. Front desk staff are always friendly & efficient. Pool change room floor needed a good cleaning. You can see they are doing upgrades, but overall the property feels 'tired' and a 'patched up'. ..."
