However the place is a little tired and it was odd to get an old fashioned key to open/close my door. "The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this...

"Very pleasant, clean, modern hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was immaculate. Convenient for trains, trams and buses. We had been a little worried about possible noise from trains but the window was very well soundproofed and we were not disturbed at all, even though our particular room overlooked the station - a fascinating, ever-changing view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

Aqua zoo which is a must visit if you have kids is also close-by. The breakfast spread was amazing. Probably need to check on general cleaning of the accomodqyon area and afew repairs for the older furniture etc."
