"Nice place especially for Hampton Beach. Only issues were we booked a queen bed and ended up with a full size and that annoyed us. Also there isn’t any real windows it’s old crank louver windows and it was freezing in the room at night and there’s nothing you can do about it but close curtains and deal with the never ending sea breeze blowing through the windows. Also the shower and Toilet never stopped running. Come to think of it the place was sort of a nightmare but pretty clean "

"The best part has to be the gorgeous ocean views from the third floor, corner room we were given (#23). The whole hotel is pretty dated and has been there a long time. It seemed to me that our bathroom had some recent updates, though. Hampton Beach is just kind of run down in general. Our stay did nothing tonchange my mind about that."
