少しかび臭い、水は掃除の際に補充され無料、その他アメニティはある程度充実している。 ドライヤーは思っていたよりまともなものだった。部屋の中で蚊やゴキブリは普通に出るため注意。ベッドにダニがいて刺されたためダニ防止の何か持っていくと良い。私の部屋はコンセントが刺さりにくく、強く押せば入る所もあるが、場所による。衣類の洗濯は服の種類と重さで換算。チェックアウト時に支払う形になっている。スタッフの対応は良かった。

サクラホテルと名乗っていますが既存のサクラホテルとは無関係で英語とベトナム語は通じません。だけれど値段相応のサービスは受けられます。従って日本食の朝食はありません。

Location was nice with lots of options for local street food in the area. Circle K is located nearby. Service by the front desk staff was friendly and nice. Facilities in the room was sufficient however was a little aged. Suite was facing the main road and a wee bit noisy at night. Curtains could not be fully shut, as such no way to sleep in if you wanted. Walls are a little thin. As such noise from the neighboring bedroom could be heard at times. Breakfast is not provided but local food such as Bahn Mi, pho and bun cha easily found within walking distance.

部屋も綺麗で、スタッフも24h対応できるようにロビーにいてくれて、良いホテルだったと思います。部屋の清掃もしっかりしてくれていました。 また、ベトナムのホテルに今まで4回ほど泊まりましたが、アメニティにちゃんとカミソリがあったのはここが初めてで有り難かったです！

オフィス街にありますので、地元の飲食店が点在してますので、飲食に問題は無し。 朝食を宿で食べたい人以外は問題無いかと。 WIFIは各階2部屋のようで、仕事には問題なしの速度です。 少し気になるのが、 受付が二階なので、外階段が荷物が多い人には辛いかも？ また冷蔵庫がカードキーを刺しておかないと使えないので、外出時には冷えません。 湯を張るの蛇口の水圧は弱くないですが、シャワーの水圧は弱めで、 各部屋個別のボイラーのようなので、しばらく使うと水温が下がりますが、 しばらくすると回復しますので、気にする人は気になるかと。 その3点以外は、通り沿いですし、基本的に問題はなかったです。 個人的には便利なので、また利用させて貰うつもりです。

Fantastisk hjælpsomt personale. Var desværre ikke opmærksom på at der var en lang trappe man skulle op ad for at komme ind på hotellet, og da jeg havde brækket fod besværliggjorde det lidt opholdet. Bemærk at deluxe værelset ikke har vindue på værelset, selvom der står i bemærkningerne at der er mørklægningsgardiner. Restauranten er kun en morgenmadsrestaurant.

Its a large room, clean and near to the city. There are a lot of cafe, pub and restaurant around the hotel.
