The hotel didn’t have an elevator a were very apologetic that they couldn’t move us to accommodate our wheelchair chair using son. It never occurred to me that they might not have an elevator. The only actual negative was the continental breakfast was very sad.

This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. Their housekeeping is severely lacking. You are required to either put the “Do Not Disturb” or “Housekeeping Please” placard out before 9 am. You are also required to request at the front desk that they make your bed or they won’t! If you have an issue with stairs, this is NOT the place for you as there isn’t an elevator. Their continental breakfast is apples, bananas, or dried cereal or yogart. Whenever we tried to use the coffee maker in the room, the GFI kept popping. When you shower, you are standing in water that is past your ankles! The tub didn’t drain until long after your shower was done. I cannot recommend this hotel because of these issues. I will say this, if you are going to stay here, call the hotel direct for reservations. It will save you about $75 per night over what Expedia charges! This hotel cost us over $2K for two rooms for four nights. If we made reservations direct through the hotel, it would have been $700 less expensive!

While we appreciated the cleanliness of the room, we were unable to take a shower because the water pressure was insanely low and hot water was unavailable. The lack of elevator was also a major inconvenience. The beds were very uncomfortable with stiff, hard mattress—we woke up with neckaches and backaches.
