Great location
This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

El Hotel esta bueno, no es wow, el baño muy pequeño y olía mal, como a humedad, no se podia dejar la puerta cerrada. Otro punto a mejorar es qu ofrecen estacionamiento, pero no es asi, tuve que dejar el vehículo praticamente en la acera.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com boas opções de alimentação e compras próximas e em praia com boa infraestrutura. O café da manhã é simples, com poucas opções, mas suficiente. Precisa melhorar a parte de arrumação dos quartos, que demora demais. Pelo menos duas vezes cheguei após as 15 horas e o quarto não havia sido arrumado

O hotel peca um pouco na conservação, nosso quarto (110) tinha manchas de umidade no teto, portais do banheiro estufados pela umidade. Não havia local para pendurar a toalha de rosto , faltam ganchos para pendurar as toalhas usadas , o porta toalhas fica sobre o vaso sanitário. Os profissionais da recepção e sala de café da manhã ,com excessão de um rapaz que nos atendeu no café da manhã, foram muito educados e atenciosos. No café da manhã faltam geleias, granola,..,,mas o omelete e as tapiocas são muito caprichados! A localização é ótima e tem garagem fechada. No geral ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Localização muito boa,ao lado de bons restaurantes e rodízio. Hotel limpo,funcionários super educados e café da manhã ótimo ! A cama não é confortalevel( isso é minha opinião ) e aquelas que ao juntar forma uma cama de casal. Se vc for passar até duas diárias acredito que não sinta muito desconforto mais apartir de 3 diárias fica insuportavelmente ao meu ver. Não gostei da cama somente.

Hotel bom, numa praia ótima que é Cabo Branco. Gostei do café, porém o atendimento do rapaz que organiza o café não foi bom. Pedi ovos fritos sem gema por uma questão de saúde e ele negou dizendo que era impossível a cozinheira fazer. Como assim? É impossível tirar as gemas dos ovos?? Não entendi! Outro ponto desagradável foi o cheiro ruim saindo dos ralos do banheiro no quarto 317. No resto, foi tudo ok!

Café da manhã péssimo! Pães sempre estavam duros, nunca vi um hotel que não tem suco de laranja! Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas ! Colchão velho ! Tentei contato com a gerência, mas não consegui falar com ela, nem sei se existe! Pedi uma toalha de praia para colocar co chão do meu quarto,pois o ar estava vazando água e eu estava com medo de escorregar. O recepcionista teve a capacidade de me oferecer uma toalha usada por um outro hospede !

O hotel em si é bom. Café da manhã bem simplório. Limpeza boa. Localização boa. O quarto estava bem reformado, mas o mobiliário e as roupas de cama e banho MUITO VELHOS, desgastados. O colchão da cama era muito usado e com buracos, bem desconfortável. O sofá-cama tinha um desnível grande entre a parte superior da inferior do corpo, não era possível usar. Como sofá, o sofá-cama era muito desconfortável também. As toalhas estavam rasgadas, não serviam nem mais como panos de chão. Os lençóis eram de solteiro para uma cama de casal, e enrolava debaixo da gente e sempre acordávamos sem o lençol de baixo, em contato direto com o colchão. A cozinha era nova, mas não pôde ser usada, porque não havia disponibilidade nem sequer de uma frigideira. O quarto pressupunha que era para 4 pessoas, mas só tinha 2 copos, um alto e estreito, outro pequeno e gordinho. Enfim, ficamos uma semana lá dormindo muito mal. Quando um se mexia, a cama toda se mexia. O quarto que ficamos foi o 405.
