I had a fraudulent booking at this property. I never checked in, I never stayed yet still got billed. Stay away from this property.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. Our room was only serviced after first night. We had to ask for towels several times and toilet paper. They would take our towels and not replace them. Trash was taken only half the time. When I brought the issues up to desk clerk they told me I had my do not disturb tag out. It was never touched and not even seen til last day hanging in closet area. Only positive experience was they moved us to a room that did not smell like a wet dog.

The breakfast was a nice regreshing esy to start each day and the staff was above helpful and polite . Also we asked not to br distrubef and they followed our instruction to the letter all the while maintaining fresh tiwels and toiletries

Staff was rude refuse to refund my money after I checked out, breakfast was horrible gravy cold juice was hot pillows smelled like body odor ,pool is down and the manager wanted to argue about me checking out because of the filthy room n a pool that didn't work,so he trying to argue with me about seeing a sign that was never there til after I complained , other ask about the pool and complained about the food . manager doesn't care and want to argue just poor management and dirty

No free breakfast (advertised as a free breakfast and all they had was coffee and juice). There was bugs on the floor that looked like ticks that kept crawling on my foot. When I took a shower, hair came up from the drain that was long and curly. My room was suppose to be smoke free but smelled like smoke. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. There are always guys hanging out by the entrance smoking and waiting for something. I felt it was in an unsafe area. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I felt like it is the type of hotel that should charge by the hour. There was also glitter in my sheets from that last person.

It was a Great place to stay overall but the pools were closed and nothing to tell us they were closed, definitely wanted to swim with it being 98 degrees.

This place has bugs in the bed and flying around the room. The ice machine has mold. When I brought this to the attention of the facility they tried to tell me I brought bugs and threw my ice away. I have a video of the bugs. I would never stay at this place again. I was told that they were waiting on the health department to inspect their pool, but the pool area has not been functionable in years. There’s all type of debris tarp over the pool and broken chairs and tables. The elevator doesn’t work.
