Left a used and wet towel in the bathroom to be replaced and instead the morning after the same towel was folded put it back on the shelf!!!!! The plastic cover of the fob key in the room was broken and lights did not work properly. Asked to be repaired and nothing happened. They had to be reminded twice. No apology given

Very helpful and professional staff all around. Ismael and Betty in the resteraunt made us feel so welcome and their service was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location, room was perfect for my family and young children. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I visit Manchester.

I really loved how clean the property was and how easy it was to check in considering how busy it was for a concert happening in the area! I loved the location as it was right next to the piccadilly line so I could get nearly anywhere in manchester by walking around or walking 5 minutes to the station and taking a train! I took the train to and from the airport and it was all very convenient! I felt the location was very safe, the only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars was that the hinge on my door seemed to be broken and not fully lock. The extra level of safety with that hinge would’ve been nice, but i was so tired and the bed was comfy enough that I just fell asleep anyways!

Propery has offsite car park which is nearby. The closest is the Euro Car Park which has limited tight spaces but is approx half price if NCP car park. I didnt notice the difference between Standard and Premium room plans (which were same price on Expedia) but Standard does not come with water

I loved the walkability to the mall and other shopping areas. We had to change rooms due to some of the fixtures in the room either being destroyed or broken. However, the staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation promptly.

The room was in a state of neglect. The furniture showed clear signs of age and wear, with visible stains that were off-putting. The safe was unusable due to battery leakage that had damaged its housing. Even the desk chair had its upholstery worn through. For the breakfast service: the staff seemed poorly trained. On one occasion, my coffee was removed while I stepped away to get a pastry. On Saturday morning, despite numerous empty tables, I was left waiting for 10 minutes to be seated.
