Fantastic location and the hotel rooms are perfect. We had a 2 bedroom corner suite which was well appointed and spacious. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Check-in was easy, room was beautiful and very clean. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and quiet. Property is close to restaurants and shops and easy to get to. There is a car park just behind the property which is easy to access.

Beds were completely sagged we unzipped the beds and spun them hoping for a firmer mattress, was slightly better proving that the mattresses were rarely spun, beds seem to have been made every day but not the sheets changed basically poor house Keeping, Parking was a joke and the desk staff had no idea, telling us that the overnight parking was $15 which turned out to be $30 still cheap but their reply was it should be $15 per night, also the parking bay at the rear is a trap would not accept payment at the machine after 5pm or before 7:am so I was late by 1/2 an hr paying and had already received a $99 fine again the desk staff had no idea how it worked. That part of Richmond is terrible for food except for "14 Bridge rd" excellent Italian food and very friendly. We had a twin room setup which I believe was reasonably priced, the food at the hotel had a limited menu and was expensive, all in all we'll be staying further out of the city in future as it is not what it used to be

We loved the Hotel and will definitely stay there again, we only stayed one night which was a sham, we would have liked to stay longer in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot my charger and they went out of their way to find one for me. Even though it was on a main road, the room was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was lovely, my only feedback is about the pillows, this is a very personal thing and impossible for a hotel to anticipate, there were lovely and fluffy but a bit too high for us. With that said we also didn’t check if there were options which I know many Hotels do. It certainly didn’t change the fact that we loved the Hotel and would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the Richmond area. The bar and breakfast were also fabulous. Thanks for a lovely stay.
