Horrible Hotel. Bad service. Staff not friendly at all and they do not care. AC barely works and is old . If blows some air for 2 minutes then it shuts down for like 20 min. They design it that way to save money but as i guest I was sweetening all night. They give you free bottle of water a day . House keeping does not even clean the rooms daily unless you request. Building is so old in in bad condition. Price is so high for what you get. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed for 3 nights, just over $1000 for 2 separate rooms. I’m not exactly sure what the “new housekeeping rules” are but for the first 2 nights we did not get anyone to clean the rooms. I believe that was supposed to happen (daily cleaning) because when I went to ask downstairs about it, the super nice lady apologized and issues us free breakfast for the next morning (when we were checking out). Also didn’t help the fact that on this last morning, the housekeeping lady did knock 2 separate times to clean. Since nobody cleaned the 1st 2 nights and we were leaving after the 3rd, it almost felt like “oh now that I’m leaving you just want us out of here..” I don’t care much for the housekeeping but the fact the shower glass had an issue (in both rooms, so this might be more common..) where it’s coming off the ceiling where it doesn’t let the door fully close, the bathroom floor gets wet (and the floor towel we had was soaking wet after the 2 nights with no service..). So since we got no service, we had no clean towels and the floor towel was dripping wet.. Unfortunately I can’t recommend due to these issues, specially since there are other options with similar or even cheaper prices, next time I’ll be looking at another option.

Comfortable beds and linens. Front desk staff very accomodating and friendly. Helpful with securing transportation from third party and not like the hotel website says with 24 hour airport shuttle service by hotel. Had to secure through outside party. Still made flights on time, etc. Lobby area by bar needs updated with new carpet, etc. Carpet badly stained and looked dirty. Everything else good. Felt safe at property at all times.

Unprofessional front desk young girl needs training. After a long day driving we arrived to the room TV was not working tried calling front desk many times no one answered I called from my cell phone hoping maybe they answer. Went downstairs to let them know about the tv same girl asked me did you try calling maintenance I replied yep this is why I’m here no one answers their phone she let me know when they are busy they don’t answer the phone. Talked to a Tanika she let me know she would send maintenance after 2 hrs no one showed up no call with updates I called Expedia about the issue they immediately were able to assist. They also tried calling Hilton they put them on hold 3 times. Tanika then calls me after 10 pm offering me to change rooms I denied the request I was in bed with a 5:30 am flight I don’t recommend this hotel. Bar is noisy, the Kleenex box was empty don’t recommend staying here.
