The staff really know how to treat their guests here. A very warm welcome every time I walked through the door. The room was amazing with futuristic electric curtains. 10/10. Only downside is I didn’t realise you needed to press the button to have your room serviced, so our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days. Thanks four seasons for making my 1st time in NY a memorable one. Xxxx
Staff were service'oriented and very pleasant and this was throughout. restaurant, front desk, concierge,housekeeping and guest services phone assistance. It was a very comfortable ambience and the spa services and manager did all to try to accommodate requests.
Amazing trip and very nice hotel that is quiet. The employees were awesome! I also enjoyed the spa. My only request was for the shower water to be hotter. The faucet and the bathtub water got hot, but the shower in the spa and the room would only get warm. I would recommend the hotel especially for some pease at quiet that’s a short drive away from Times Square.
Great pool. Beds amazing. Great room size. Location sometimes a bit out of the way.
