Staff was so attentive. So polite and willing to help. Outstanding location. Delivered me a complimentary cheese & cracker plate. Delicious. Salt water pool was delightful. Everyone at the spa was so cheerful and helpful. Complimentary fruit and water all the time. Loved my room. Since it was my first time visit, was given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which has a complete kitchen. Clean and cozy. Overlooked Central Park and the horse drawn carriages. Looking forward to returning soon. Shout out to Nico, Shenaqwa, Pamela, Alba, Benjamen, Ritchie, who made my stay special.
