I would definitely recommend. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Very clean, used the kitchen and washer dryer. Took a night swim, the pools are open until 11. The internal shuttles are Excellent. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful, all our drivers were outstanding. Quick Uber to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. My granddaughter loved the splash pad at the Cascade pool. We wished we had booked another night just to hang out at the resort. It is more laid back than Disney Hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay beds were comfortable room was very clean the facility is beautiful and very well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only negative criticism is that google maps takes you to the resident entry and not the welcome center our first day checking in took my husband and I 15 minutes driving around trying to find it. Once you find it though they do provide maps and its easier to navigate once you start at the welcome center. We will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

Wonderful and huge resort. Awesome pool and other amenities. Has an amazing stay in a one bedroom. Inexpensive and close to all Disney parks. The only thing I donā€™t like is that they try to sell you on being a vacation owner (timeshare). Sat through a two hour meeting.

We've stayed at this location before when visiting Disney parks and it was great. This time we stayed in a outdated 1 bedroom. The property is in a great location and it is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer. My only complaint is that it needs to be updated. Everything inside looked dated. The bathroom vanity was tiny! Barely fit our toothbrushes and my makeup bag. The shower/ tub combo was very narrow. My husband, who's 6'3 200lbs, did not fit. He needed to shower sideways. Overall, it's convenient for families and the location is great, however some rooms just need an update.

The lobby staff was fine. The directions were not good and the lady at the gate down the road did not seem to know where we were supposed to be. I think the way the property is divided up, by a name of an area, a building and then a room is confusing. for instance i was Courts, 9 and 9 and first level. the front staff nor the gate attendant were overly helpful. The traffic flow outside the resort is horrendous. The room was clean but the stairwell was being propped up by some temporary supports. The landscaping was ok except for right outside the room. The parking is too limited. I had to park every time several sections down from my room. Having a shuttle to the local attractions would also be helpful.
