The property was wonderful. The rating is low because of the way that is established to enter the hotel. It is unmanned so you have to scan a QR code on your mobile device to receive an entry code. If your phone service is in France, Iโm sure thereโs no problem as I saw with other people, but since Iโm from the United States and my service was roaming, I had less than standard service. It failed at least once and I was not comfortable with going outside and getting locked out, so I stayed inside the whole time which fortunately was only one night. Contacting the staff was not easy because my service was from a different country and they didnโt answer the phone when you called but would call you back. When the call was returned, it was explained that there was an actual key stored in a lock box in the room. This would have worked well if the key actually worked in the lock, but it did not work. So I ended up being happy when my departure time arrived.
