Nice property close to the airport. We stayed here to be ready for our departure. It is far from the city but there are plenty of taxis to take you to tourist attractions.

There was a nasty odor in the hallways and in our room, which was unbearable. We were there for a night so we didn’t make a fuss. For a reputable chain this was unacceptable. And this hotel didn’t have a free shuttle service to the airport, something I took for granted living in the US and so I didn’t check. The A/C worked which was a plus and is a problem in hotels across Europe. So travelling in summer months this is a must have.

Très déçu, manque de communication de l'hotel, j'ai découvert que l'espace aquatique qui était inclus dans le prix de la chambre ne l'est plus, aucune info envoyée par mail préalable concernant ce changement de prestation. En arrivant le soir et rendant la chambre le lendemain a 11h, payer 25 euros par personne pour profiter de l'espace aquatique est inadmissible. Sinon, l'hotel par lui meme est tres bien.

Hotel sympa mais pas au point
Dans le parc hotelier Roissy, une petit 10 minutes par taxi (15 eur) ou navette hotel (5 eur, tout les 30 min). NB navette part uniquement de Roissypole, vers le T3 – mais non pas le T3 même, comme la reception nous a indiqué lors de notre arrivée. Hotel sympa, mais pas de communication au sujet du spa HS en chantier — la seule raison d'avoir choisi l'établissement! Alors grand déception. Petit déjeuner correct à 20 eur/pers. Restauration le soir aussi correct. Bar avec concert musique. Literie très bien. Chambre un peu usée, petite cuisine pratique mais pas suffisament de vaisselle. Une chaussette couvrait le détecteur de fumée (ancien occupant qui n'aimait pas la lumière témoin?). Le sèche-cheveux monté su le mur est HS, fallait chercher le pistolet (fourni) dans l'armoire dans la chambre (vaut mieux le ranger dans le SDB ou on pourrait mieux le trouver).
