Bathtub hot water came out rusty, room decor hodge podge, view was business park. Elevator floors unfinished. Amenities lacking. Parking in lot cost $29, for me to park myself. I get better service at cheaper hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable = bathroom clean. Balcony was dirty and cobwebby - had slight view of river since there are many large trees and bushes but that was okay. Shrub bed area seen from balcony not maintained and was not pleasant to see.

The AC system is very noisy, going on and off all night. We would have turned it off and opened the windows to get fresh air, but there were no screens on the windows.

Was welcomed with a smile and great customer service. Check in was easy, the room was beautiful and so was the view. Coffee in the morning with a walk along the water was the perfect way to start our day! Definitely going back!

The location next to the river was tranquil, the bathroom was luxe (appreciated having a tub and a shower!) and a door that fully closed (too many new hotel rooms have sliding barn doors that don’t provide ample privacy). The staff was exceptional - Andrew was very helpful and friendly, and the front desk staff was welcoming as well. I especially enjoyed having access to the full espresso menu in the hotel bar in the mornings (latte for me)! Last but not least, the parking was very convenient.

The hotel is lovely, right by the river and a nice walking path. When booking, I made sure it had parking but we were surprised when they charged $29/day for parking. The parking fee should have been more obvious in the hotel information. I wish pets weren’t allowed.

For the most part, our stay was great. I found that the lock on the back door to the balcony didn't lock. I reported it to the front desk, who said that they would report it to maintenance, but it never got fixed the whole 5 days that we were there. There was a 1/8" gap between the glass shower door and the glass partition, and also between the door and the step. The water ran onto the floor and flooded all the way to the front door. When we tried to report it to the desk clerk, she was on the telephone and more concerned about booking the reservation than putting that person on hold for a minute to address our issue. Because of this, we were almost late and almost missed our dinner cruise. Housekeeping shorted us 2 large towels and wash cloths, and didn't clean our room after we asked them to.

It is close to the walking/biking path along the Willamette and we watched pleasure boats and took in breezes on a very hot day otherwise. Property is easy to reach, parking adjacent, quiet surroundings and really nice people.

Overall the management team seems to have no interest in basic customer service. Desk associates including the Hotel Manager do not look up and greet customers at any time. This standard carried over to the bartender chatting with the front desk associate when we came in one night. Neither looked up, neither noticed we went into the bar. Chilled for around 10 minutes before he made an appearance. Our Balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time. When we pointed this out to the Manager in the morning, she stated that it would be cleaned but failed to communicate that to House Keeping. We came back in the evening and pointed it out to a House Keeper and he was kind enough to find a broom and get the balcony cleaned up. Overall its a nice property in a very convenient part of Portland. Shame that Hilton has just given up on simple Hospitality Training for its Team.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding. To start, the staff were not friendly whatsoever. Our room was moderately clean, but not as clean as I would have preferred. Upon returning to our room one night, nothing in our room was cleaned or restocked and they continued to blame us for putting up our do not disturb sign (we did not). Parking was $29/night, which was not indicated anywhere in my reservation confirmation. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and short notice, but don’t expect much.
