I like the breakfast. It was amazing. Coffee all day with two types of creamer and tea. Beds super comfy. Jacuzzi was perfect and the pool was warm. I would only change bigger pool towels

$24 Scam parking fee. There are like 10 hotels on the strip, so they get your reservation with a reasonable price (not cheap), and then greedily scam you at the last payment process with extra $24 for parking in their lot. I am sure they tried the resort fee but their pathetically small pool taught them otherwise

The shower!! Many Hotels have a curtain and no really clean, And Holly day express has glas sliding doors it was amazing!! I felt like at home! Thank you!!

The cleaning staff made our toiletries bags very wet when they cleaned the bathroom floor. We thought putting them on the floor would be out of their way. If they are going to get the floor that wet, please have them move people's bags off the floor before cleaning.

The room smelt weird when opening the door. The cleaning staff took away my own white towels which were hanging in the closet. The breakfast sausages were terrible. Overall, the staying in this hotel is not good.

The hotel is newly renovated, and all the amenities are great. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel room is good size with lots of space to relax. The bathroom has a good quiet ventilation fan. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are flat. The Samsung TV was great with all the channels. The breakfast was good, and it was very crowded during our stay. The room keycard provided high security for elevator and stair door entry. For the negatives, we had to pay $24 parking per night. We can hear stumping noises from upstairs and car noise from outside wall - need better floor and wall insulation. During our stay, only one elevator was working.

only 1 elevator was working and it took like 5mins to get on it, sometimes it would stop at different flyand no one is there.maid never came to our room the next morning so had to call down said they would be to clean the next morning but when we got back to the room it still hasnt been cleaned then around 3:30 she finally came to our room when we wanted to rest from our day so we left the room and went down to the lobby fy awhile. our tv had issues trying to change channels didn’t want to work it also kept losing signal and ot had 3 white spots continuously on the screen.
