Service is good. We arrived early and they let us checked early(1100) w/o extra pay. Only the cleaning lady came in the afternoon which a little bit late one day but service is okay. The room is tight for two people. Very close to Seoul station. Staff helpful with taxi booking. There reception is on 19th floor.
