We stayed in an accessible room which was very spacious and with a comfortable wet room. There was very little drawer space for clothes and not a lot of hanging space. We were only there for 1 night but for a longer stay this would have been very inconvenient. The air conditioner was a nuisance being between the window and the bed and the only comfy chair was not in a good position for viewing the tv.

I booked this stay as a surprise for my partner’s birthday, we couldn’t fault the hotel. The room was lovely, a perfect balance of modern and old. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast was also great, a nice choice of continental options and the cooked breakfast was also yummy. I’ll definitely be looking at other indigo hotels wherever we travel to next. Thanks for a lovely stay!

First visit to Hotel Indigo, a mixture of history and modernity. Able to park at the Hotel, big bonus. Had lovely twin room, very comfortable, great shower room, complimentary drinks in the fridge, Tassimo coffee maker. Slept soundly. Breakfast, such a choice from the buffet and hot meals looked great. Very happy to have found this hotel and will look out for IHG hotels when next travelling in UK.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Stratford. We stayed in the modern section of the hotel and enjoyed our air conditioned room during a heat wave. We had a room with 2 twin beds, which is a great way to get a king size bed experience, for a US customer. While it is 2 beds, you can push them together and have ample space with separate comforters. The room was clean and modern, with plenty of space and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The staff was excellent, and the cleaner offered us as many cokes, snacks, and waters as we wanted for our complimentary mini fridge. The location can't be beat, since it's right in the town center, near all the Shakespeare attractions and a short walk from the Avon. The hotel is built around a historic hotel, with modern features, offering the best of the old and new world. We didn't try the restaurant, but had an excellent coffee break in the beautiful courtyard garden by ordering from the coffee shop at the front. I can't find any fault with this hotel, and it offers a great value for the price paid.

Ask if there is a wedding!
We booked this wonderful hotel literally 5 hours before check in. Everything was wonderful staff, breakfast, locality… pretty much everything… but …when we booked in to our room, which was upgraded… to our horror there was a wedding! We was not told about the wedding.there was so much noise.. we may been part of the festivities as we could hear the conversations. We complained late in the evening and was told we could move, but unfortunately it was late. The next morning we followed up our complaint and the hotel reception told us they would honour us a free night. We await if this transpires?. Such a wonderful hotel which should have mentioned that we would be part of the wedding.
