Good hotel, had everything we needed. Comfortable and spacious. Charging $10 for parking seemed unnecessary, and the fridge in the room was fairly noisy. But apart from that it was good and all we needed.

The hotel marks its check-out time at 11 AM, but I was locked out of my room at 8:50 AM. I had to return to the front desk to have my key reactivated, which caused a delay in my 9 AM business conference call.

I booked a two night stay at Larkspur Landing. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and had all the expected amenities described on their online site. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and it had a full kitchen. The staff was polite. The air conditioning was excellent and refreshing. It wasn’t humid at all in the room. Parking was easy, but the hotel charges $10/day for parking. They require a $250 deposit which is refundable if the room is left as it was found. There is also a nice laundry room.

Fantastic price, super clean, friendly, safe place in the South Bay. I'm planning to make it my regular stop as opposed to the much pricier standard chains. 24/7 free coffee and breakfast are icing on the cake.
