The desk staff were friendly and sympathetic. This hotel had bed bugs. I placed a bed bug in a sealed zip locked bag overnight and gave the bag to the front desk staff in the morning, the bug was still alive. A housekeeper told me to my face (I’m black) that Africans come to Europe and bring bed bugs with them. The staff switched rooms but I was placed in the housekeeper’s room which was in worse condition. The hotel manager declined to meet with me but did refund the fee for my stay. This is a known problem among the staff and there is a 2015 Orbitz review of this hotel written in German where the traveler stated this hotel has bed bugs.

It is a nice hotel in a really beautiful neighborhood. It's well connected to the center and central station, just 20 minutes with only one tram witch stop is very close to the hotel (150 mts). In the room there was coffe and tee; that was really nice. The reception guy is very nice and friendly. The cleaning was good. I had a great time at mimosa hotel. I will surely stay again.

Room was bright and airy, lucky enough to get an en suite bathroom which was good. Welcome was warm and friendly and the hotel was a perfect base for exploring Scheveningen Beach.

Small and cheap no plug!
Small room, shared toilet and shower in corrider, slept ok. No plug in sink or soap in soap dispenser, mentioned it but he said they didn't provide plugs due to accidents, not very helpful. Steep stairs but that is general in holland Could hear next door but they went to sleep same time as me. Overal its cheap what do you expect but the plug missing annoyed me.

Dissapointing...
The accomodation was shockingly bad. There was not enough room for two people. The room was dirty and amenities dated. The noise in the night time made it very hard to sleep, not to mention the staffs loud conversations outside our window at 6.00am! Overall a dissapointing stay. The breakfast was good though and it was very close to the beach.

It could be better..
Tiny room, average cleaning and a lot of stairs..What i also noticed is that small things like the cups are not changed on a daily basis. Good point is the price however what you pay is what you get..Second positive point the internet connection.

Excellent budget hotel
My single room was small, and shared a bathroom - hence the relatively low rate - but otherwise this is a first-rate place, near the beach and close to the tram-stop for quick access to the centre of The Hague. Breakfast was superb.

A nice hotel close to the beach
A great place to stay with a local bar next door a two minute walk from the beach where you will find a lot of lovely bars and restaurants.

lovely small hotel in typical old dutch building 5 min walk from beach and centre of Scheveningen. rooms nicely decorated, bathrooms small but all you need. Best breakfast we had on our trip, would definately stay there again

Lovely hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel near the beach. Room was great - spacious, light and airy and decor was really lovely. Only slight downside was that I was on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy with other guests coming in.

Excellent vfm.
I had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. My bed was made every day. I had a room with ensuite. At night there was a dog which kept me awake at night next door.
